I've been wanting to try the food here for a while, but I showed up a couple times and the place was completely closed. Yelp and Google both said they should have been open at those times. As I drive past frequently, I'm starting to think they closed down permanently because the inside is dark, but they never updated their online hours.

I've come to this location before , experience was fine then I came into the location today it was closed earlier than what was on the door by two hours , and as well as the workers seem to have had their friends in the location because a little kid came to the door and the place was closed not a worker which seemed strange

Went there to grab a quick lunch to go for the first time. Asked for my dressing on the side and it was forgotten. Found 3 hairs in my salad. And my chili was cold. Will not be returning.

Great food! Great experience! The southwestern chili is to die for and my husband had the loaded baked potato ?. I love the variety that is available for my salad! Friendly service, we come at least once a week, hope you guys come back to PTC * wink* *wink*

I came here last week and had an awesome experience. The store was clean and to top it off the staff was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. I ordered a buffalo chicken caesar salad wrap and it was so delicious and fresh! I'll be back.

The food was amazing!!!! The staff are so friendly and amazing!!! The manager is also so well organized and has the store up and running and clean!!!! The way she treats her employees are amazing like I walked in on her cooking her them dinner for their hard work and she even offered me some definitely coming back ??

Love this place and their grilled chicken is just as good if not better than zaxbys grilled chicken! Ye and Jakita we’re on top of their stuff when I went in!I went in and sat down for my food and some lady was complaining about a potato, belittling the workers and literally ASKED them to TAKE IT OUT OF THE TRASH AFTER they had ALREADY gave her a cash refund!!! The nerve of some people because this is a new restaurant, trying to take advantage of these workers. I’ll be eating here every Friday from now on ??

I was served a completely black/molded baked potato today. I showed the worker and they were both disgusted even though the one girl served it to me...the worker took away the potato and said she was contacting her manager. When I asked if I can take a photo of it the worker was hesitant and started asking her manager through text if it was ok, mind you I just paid for it and was still not refunded so I should be able to take a photo of food I just paid for ! The other worker took it out of the trash but threw away the bottom of the potato that was extremely blackish /blue. This is the remainder of it when she took it out of the trash. I am so disgusted , I have come here to eat many times because I thought this place was a fresh food place. I will never be coming here again, also still waiting on my refund and hoping I do not get sick !!!
We ordered meals for our office lunch. The wraps and salads were delicious and so satisfying. The staff had great attitudes and were helpful and patient!

I have been to salad express on my way through Ga. The service was great and the food was delicious. The owner/manager was also there and the service and rapport i received made me feel like family. The workers there were friendly and the overall work environment was very welcoming... i will definitely make it a pit stop of mine on my next trip through GA.

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would for how the new owners treated two employees of one month, there is absolutely NO reason to call an employee incompetent and talk behind the employees back and curse at them. this is poor management. never eating here again, and i really hope they learn their lesson at some point
