Great service and delicious bowl. I had a smoothie for breakfast from one location and this bowl from this location.This may be my new routine. Very please with the service. I also appreciate being greeted when I walked in the door.

The employees will not take The accountability for their mistakes. They also lie about their name, apparently forgetting their name is on the receipt. Spoke with the owner Bobby and he does not take accountability for the actions of his employees or the fact that we were over charged. He states, “that’s PROBABLY just the way the system rang up the item.” He did not offer to fix the issue and he did not apologize for the way his employee, Ryan, treated us. He (Ryan) was very condescending and would not listen to our concerns, but it seems like he learned this from his boss, Bobby. This location, including the owner, needs additional training on customer service.

I purchase smoothie bowls almost 7 days a week, this particular day I received a lot less açaí than normal so I brought it to the staff members attention, she was rude and said the açaí price went up so the manager said use less, as I’m speaking with her she’s walking around as if she didn’t want to speak with me. I was simply telling her the customers should be made aware. Everyone knows the smoothie bowls are expensive. This is unacceptable. I will post a pic of my bowl below.

Im giving these folks a SOLID “5” I am now a fan. The ? ppl definitely ruined it fir me. But I’m not even mad bc smoothie king has never disappointed nor come up short in anything when i visit. The place is always clean….FOH…BOH. They are always smiling Ive never seen a sad face in this place. Pleasant attitudes all around…. knowledgeable and patient crew…..and speedy service!!!!! Im definitely ?? definitely ? a FAN!

I love to stop here and grab a delicious smoothie while I'm out shopping and running errands. My favorite is the Vegan Mango Kale!! They also have superior customer service, which is very important when I'm spending dollars.

I had an amazing experience at this smoothie king location. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and provided me with so many recommendations based off of things I love. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and to my surprise I learned that this is in fact a Veteran Owned business! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re an advent smoothie lover.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location! They were very friendly and exhibited patience while I made my decision as to which smoothie to choose! The ingredients were very fresh and the place was very clean! My daughters loved it as well and are always asking to return to the Newnan location. Thanks again for these delicious tasting smoothies!! We shall return!!!
