I put my order in on the computer screen and they still got the order wrong gave me something. I don’t even eat and why does the cheese taste funny here like it’s been sitting out made me sick I want a refund but they didn’t even give me a receipt to report them with.

Very rude stoe manager. After they messed up the order at drive thru. My 15year old daughter went inside to correct the order. The store manager was irate. Starting speaking very loudly to my daughter, telling her that her order was correct and she wasn't going to correct nothing. Accused my daughter for trying to get an additional drink ($1.07) Very poor management.

Fast food and cheap tacos. Don't go for a great dinning experience but a drive thru one. Recommend taking antacids.
I had no intentions of eating here. We found ourselves in the wrong lane and Taco Bell was only a right turn away. I've yet to dine in this year bc the drive thru is so "the best ever" and once again impressive as ever. Polite and courteous with smiling faces from pay/ order confirmation window to presentation of the food. Thanks again for a great meal with super service.

I always order the number 6 and change the chalupas to Gorditas (which is the exact same bread except one is fried and one is not), so this does not affect their inventory. Today the so-called manager states she is not allowed to make any changes which is a lie because the other managers including the store manager always does it. It is simply her having to press one button that says +gorditas. I also know it’s this simple because I’ve worked at Taco Bell. I don’t know her name but she is incompetent and again it doesn’t affect inventory it is the same bread being used.
