Horrible staff don’t know why I even bother with this location. They can’t get an order right to save their lives. The staff is rude and awful. It’s no wonder people avoid this location. Bad enough Taco Bell dose not even care to do anything about it.

This place will never receive my business again. Food gave me indigestion and diarrhea. Service was poor and we had to wait for someone to take our order. We saw other customers getting NO service and had to order from the kiosk.

Literally the worst service. I received a folded up tortilla with 5 little pieces of chicken. I also received nacho cheese but no chips, and a taco with a teaspoon of meet in it. This service is very poor.

I have given this location multiple tries to get it right but the employees here have the worst attitudes. Every time I come my order is wrong or missing something. Today I ordered the new Cantina Quesadilla combo that was supposed to come with an avocado verde salsa packet. I even mentioned that I wanted that when ordering and he asked about sauces. He told me one would be in the bag. When I got to the window, the employees must have been too busy worrying about whether it’s supposed to be in a box or bag(because they were arguing about it in front of me) that they forgot the salsa packet and of course the napkins too. I had to park and go in while it’s raining of course to get my avocado verde salsa. The guy that took my order at the window saw me but looked the other way, then while getting ugly looks from the employees in the back, someone came up to ask what I needed. I asked nicely for a salsa packet then was told I would be charged for it. I explained that it was missing from my order and was included so I didn’t need to pay. The employees in the back making the food were talking under their breath and making faces like it was my fault THEY forgot it. This makes several times that I’ve had to go back in and ask for missing things just for the employees to either ignore me or be rude for asking for what I’ve paid for! I won’t be going back, not that they will care or miss my business in any way. Good luck to anyone who chooses to still go there!

The manager marlin had a great personality that made talking through an intercom interesting. When we made it around to the window. You could definitely tell he enjoyed making people happy. The food was not disappointing at all. Actually was surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. It looked like how you expect the commercials to look. All and all. Grade S experience.

This is supposed to be a taco supreme. Ordered 4 of them and they all looked like this. No sour cream and hardly nothing inside it. Tried calling them but they don't answer. Do not eat taco bell in Newman. Was not able to eat this slop.
