Picked up pre-cut ham in package. Don’t do this!!! In fact don’t go to this store. Ham is the very end pieces and not good. This store sucks. Had many problems and will not go hear again.

Janice was especially helpful today. It's the 23rd of December and I know her store was especially busy. I ordered the 31.99 turkey sliced supper through Door Dash and the total price was $42I only got the turkey, the 2 sides and rolls were not delivered by Door Dash. I couldn't get through to Door Dash, so I called the Newnan Honey Baked Ham. Janice spent over an hour with me and Door Dash. I finally ended up getting $23 back. Be sure the deals in Door Dash are the same as the store you are ordering from!

I thought the boneless ham was going to taste the same as the bone in ham. Well, it didn’t I our Thanksgiving dinner was ruined! Once I tasted the ham I couldn’t eat it. It tasted like plastic! My family was very disappointed!Update: I took back the ham and the staff was accommodating to the situation and made up for it! We’re happy now??!

Fantastic sandwiches; tavern club & ham classic. Prepared quickly and we'll made. A bit more expensive than the fast food hamburger but well worth the difference. Fresh breads, generous portions of meat, fresh vegetables. Nice friendly staff! Very CLEAN too! Highly recommended!

Bad customer service. Liars incompetent and unorganized. I visited the store on 11/20/2023 at 9:27 am. We were placed in lines for service. The rude workers asked if I was confused and I said no. I was directed to go the online order line. The worst experience.
Really surprised that the turkey sandwich wasn't anything like the roasted breast. Just ok, really nothing special. Service was friendly and helpful.

I have been to the location in Carrollton several times. This was my first visit to this location. The service was excellent. Shamar was my server. I ordered the Ham and Swiss Sliders. They came out very quickly and had a delicious flavor. This location is highly recommended! If you are in the area to see a movie, just let them know you are in a hurry, and they will get your food out fast.

Very very disappointing because this was my GO to place for the best ham and turkey in town. For big occassions and just to pick up sliced small portion packages for snacks and sandwiches...until recently. I'd stopped going but decided to give them a try yesturday. Picked up a package of sliced ham and one with turkey. Got home to discovery the ham was sticky and slimy. when I pulled slices apart it looked like snot pulling away. The turkey was difinitely old. It felt like cardboard, smelled rancid and had slightly green edging. I immediately returned this and was refunded. Yet one more example of prices soaring while goods and serves hit rock bottom.

Ordered a ham online for a family gathering. Thought of the glazed ham made my mouth water. Went to pick it up the next day, and door was locked, but a person was inside. It was business hours. Come to find, the (Glazer) did not come to work and I was SOL! Grrrrr, they didn't have a backup, or offers of redemption. Never got my ham. Felt like I disappointed people. Ughhhhhh! To think they would have their act together during the holidays.
