Extremely dirty! I’ve been going to Waffle House nearly my entire life, so I know to expect some normal level of filth, but this was next level! You literally had to shuffle your feet along the floor to kicked the napkins, food and silverware around as you made your way through the restaurant. The food was OK. The service was excellent.!
Used to be so much better, but still like it. Se4vers cld be a lil more consistent.

Last time I took my family they forgot to make my order then spent 5 minutes trying to blame who was at fault. Been going to this location for 15yrs but the past 6 times I've gone they have continued to ignore me, mess my order up or undercooked my food.

This is probably the best WH in Newnan. It's usually not packed out, which means good food & great service.Tonight's meal was ok. (Grits had way too much butter, bacon could've been cooked a lil longer.) But I ate enough to get full. ?

I had an amazing experience at Waffle House after a long night of dancing. The food felt magical. It really hit the spot. I ordered a waffle with bacon and eggs, and it was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I enjoyed every bite of my meal, and I felt refreshed and energized afterwards. It was the perfect way to end a fun night out.

First time in all the years I've ate at waffle houses I have never seen them precooked a pile of bacon and sausage and have it sitting on the cook counter for when they need it and I mean literally sitting there in a pile. Yeah they use it up but it's just the fact that it's precooked it's not fresh and hot and part of model is good food fast. To me good food is not precooked and sitting on the side
Horrible experience from top to bottom. Called in an order and was told it would be 15-20 minutes later and I was waiting over a half hour. Tried to suggest to the lady behind the register to stop telling people a time frame if they are that busy so they won’t be as pissed. Was called rude just for the suggestion. Also ordered a all star breakfast and absolutely everything was wrong on the order. Ordered sausage, got bacon. Ordered raisin toast, and got plain toast. Ordered grits and they put hash browns in it. Also the waffle had cooked hair in it!!! Manager also didn’t seem to care that half the restaurant that was sitting there eating was asking where there food was. If possible for less than a star I would have given 0. If you can choose absolutely any other place to eat, go there first.

I have several food allergies. So when I came to this Waffle House, I thought they still had salads. My fault not theirs. I haven't eaten out in a while. But they stopped making them during COVID. But they were very accommodating to me. They boiled in egg and the head cook changed his gloves, and wiped everything down. And cut me up some lettuce tomatoes and diced onions. Then offered to run to the store. And get me salad dressing I could eat. It's a very amazing place and staff. If you have severe food allergies like me, seek other locations. But if you happen to drop in, you're in great hands. Thank you for my server Tatiana, the manager or head cook John C,. And all the other wonderful employees who helped me and everyone were happy and full.Dietary restrictions: I have Alpha gamma, which comes with several food allergies and chronic asthma
