I would advise Pilot Flying J to get rid of this Wendy's as they are absolutely horrible!!! A fight just about broke out between an employee that was bad mouthing a customer (who happened to jer what was said) and said customer, waited for over 30 minutes for my food which I received only after I asked how much longer it would be seeing that they had already cleared it from the screen and the order ticket was not on the counter any longer... then once received the fries were cold like they had been sitting out all day! Because of the Wendy's, I will NEVER come to this Pilot again!

Besides the fact I found the longest black hair I’ve seen in my life in my food, and as a bleach blonde women I’m absolutely positive it’s not mine. They forgot my two kids meals completely, they forgot my finances burger meal too. I just don’t understand how you can physically miss that much food after spending $40. Will be calling corporate because they wanted photo proof of the “missing food”. What do you want me to send? An empty bag??

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Whoever owns this restaurant clearly doesn't care about who they're hiring. Management let's the workers (Mostly Kids) disrespect customers & give out complete wrong orders. Avoid here if you're smart!

This is a great location but the customer service at this Wendy’s is absolutely awful. They always have a chip on their shoulders, are disrespectful to the customers & have a terrible work ethic. I have not been in months & the level of service has gotten even worse. And the drive through at this location has been closed for months. Who ever owns this franchise could do so much better if they provided just a little oversight.

Management of this Exact Location Seems to be Tweaking quite literally refuses orders or to actually perform any labor or communicate with customers just lets you stand still for 10-30 minutes before saying im not taking any orders from the counter the kiosk is right thereAlso taking howerever long to use a kioskYou also should relatively expect a 45 minute wait for your Biggy Bag
