12:00 on Saturday 12/30/23. Drivethru. The service was subpar and not personable at all. The young lady with brown hair was very dry and short. Just kept repeating “ is that all!! is that all!” Kinda yelling through the mic. I ordered two meals. Wings and things meal as well as a salad meal. I also ordered a cheese bite appetizer. The entire meal was over 30 dollars and the quality was not worth the cost. I received a drink that was only ice. The boneless wings are dry and I ordered a large fry which I paid for and did not receive a large fry. The cheddar bites came with maybe 8 bites in the entire box without marinara. Everything about this place has gone down since 2020. It is a shame people can not get good food with their own hard earned money.

I ordered a kids grilled cheese meal and I got an almost empty box of fires that were cold. The new loaded garlic loaded fries were not very good. The garlic overpowered everything. If you like a lot of garlic, you might like.
Food is fresh and fast. The restaurant is always nice and clean. I frequently visit this location due to the top notch service and being remembered each time I come. Corey always remembers my name and that makes my day. Penny is great to she is super friendly and personable.

I have given this location plenty of chances and almost every time they let me down. I ordered a finger plate tossed in sauce. Made the mistake of not checking the plate before I left. Even though they read the order back and confirmed that I asked for the fingers tossed in sauce when I got home I just had a normal finger plate. I probably wouldn’t be as mad as I am if this wasn’t something that happens often. I won’t make the same mistake again. I’m not coming back just to have my order messed up.

The funnel cake is over-priced and the nastiest funnel cake.It was a ball of flour and full of grease. (Grease ball). Had to throw it away. Never order again.Hate to see how many calories with all the oil soaked cake.
