I always liked coming to this place but these two very rude girls think that you don't have money to pay, that's why you're supposed to go to the place to consume a brunette, by mistake of her, she gave me two sides of different flavors that I myself gave her. I asked and in the end, in order not to complicate things, I asked for an extra side and she was upset that she had to change the one she had already given me. I told her that it was fine, I wanted another extra and I couldn't wait for my daughters to return the side that they were already eating. I told him that it was not necessary, I wanted an extra and in the end he gave me the change of money that they returned to me. It was very uncomfortable with those two girls, they got frustrated and I still don't know what the desire was to change the side if I had already paid them. I just wanted something extra, I hope their manager sees this and can get their attention.

OMG! Look at these prices on Indian Trail location!They are 2-3 dollars more expensive than others!Service was fast and good. But come one, people! $25 dollars for 2 regular items and one scoop! Too much!!??????

Use to love going here, until they hired a bunch of young teenagers! When I’m getting ice cream for my family don’t give it to me backwards so I won’t see the sloppy mess of an waffle cone! Ordered 5 waffle cones and one waffle bowl. All of the waffle cones was dripping ice cream down the cones as soon as they were giving to us making a huge mess on me, my children and in the car! I wanted to toss them back through the window but kept my composer. WILL NOT be returning to this location and it’s been this way the last 5x I’ve come. I’ll be going to BaskinRobins now.

Bruster’s ice cream great as usual. However, waffle cone fell apart. Young lady who waited on me was apparently new. She asked did I want a receipt and I said yes. She then tells me the printer is not working. I said why did you ask me then. “I didn’t think you would want one.” Seriously.

The service at this Bruster's location is much less than satisfactory. The servers are loud, extremely unprofessional, rude, and would rather make jokes about their customers than serve them. My order was remade 3 times and it still wasn't right.The Bruster's on 2324 Scenic Hwy S, Snellville, GA 30078 always has great customer service. Go there!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I went once and got an Oreo milkshake. It was super watery and the Oreos tasted like they were off brand. Had to put in freezer to see if it would thicken up. Tried to go a second time to see if they'd redeem themselves... THEY did not! Got a Blaster with the actual Reese's in it. They filled my cup 3/4th with Reese's and then the ice cream. I had to just dump the Reese's out in a bowl and it was still A lot left. Def wasted my money on ice cream when there was none. Never going there again. I really hope other locations are much better smh Like who need that much candy in Ice Cream? I'm sure of someone made that for them they would send it back. And for it to be $7?!!!! Never again.

The white girl with the reddish-brown hair and green eyes needs to find another job that doesn’t require customer service relations. Her attitude is terrible and has no manners. Their scoop portions to the price makes no sense. I asked for sprinkles and she put a little to the side. It’s unfortunate I won’t return with the convenience to the location but they need to let her go when dealing with people. Do better Brusters b

A few weeks ago (6/10/2022), I came to the location at about 9 pm. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I finally got impatient and drove to the window. Several of the workers looked as I sat there for another 5 minutes. Finally a manager comes to the window and announce to me that they are closed. I see customers being served at the walk up and mentioned it. He said that he is just going to serve them and others waiting at the walk up but after them no more. The time he took telling me this could have been spent asking me my order, preparing my order, making money for the Bruster's owner, and sending away a happy customer. Instead he watched me disappointedly drive away. I reached out to customer service and THEY NEVER reached back out with even as much as an apology for an early closing and terrible unfriendly customer service. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BRUSTER'S AGAIN. Poor customer service at the store and poor customer service on a corporate level (Judy Galand NEVER FOLLOWED UP)....not acceptable. You lost a long time customer.
