I went there today (4/7/24 2:00 PM) to buy my grandson's lunch. The dinning room was closed / the door was just locked without any explanation. Went to the drive through. Waited there two to three minutes. No one answered. Finally, I said. "anyone there?" no answer. Then I thought the whole paces was closed and started to leave place. As I turned the corner, I saw some car at the drive through window. So, I pulled up behind the car. After the car left, I tried to order. The employee walked away. Then, a manager comes to window and YELLED at me saying " I should go around the building and wait for the people to answer and order the food," I think I was never YELLED at such loud voice. I've angry, but did not say anything. I just left this Burger King and went to mcDonalds four miles away, I will not spend dime at this place from now on. This place should be closed or replace its employees. Burger King, You LOST a client forever!

They claim the dinning room is closed for maintenance.. claiming its the bathroom. Telling me to use the drive thru. Just another fast food location that should just close... employees just running it into the ground... I total do not believe there was any maintenance going on. I'm sick and tired of this mentality, ever since CoVID...

Very rude drive thru employee. Couldn't find my mobile order after he made me repeat myself over and over and over again. He finds it finally after a minute of additude and doesn't say a single word to me when he hands me my order. I said "thank you" the employee, nothing back. Terrible service!!!!

By far Great customer service very friendly workers. It was a bit busy when we got here a long drive through I expected it to take awhile. But not at all they had everyone in and out as fast as they could. The food was fresh compared to other burger kings. Will be coming to this oneOre often. You feel welcomed ???

Going downhill fast. The service is hit or miss. Been coming here for years, never had trouble getting two sauces with two full meals, but all of a sudden, they became $.30 each, which is ridiculous. A shame, because it's a very convenient location for my job.

The crew working September 9th, 2023 around 9:45PM created the best food I’ve ever had, to come out of a Burger King. There was a wait, but the 2 for $5 Whopper Juniors and Original Chicken Sandwich meal came out hot and fresh. The bacon on my whopper was nice and crispy, along with the fries and chicken. Well worth the wait. The person taking our order was also extremely nice to top it all off. I will dream of that char-broiled goodness tonight.
