The fries were fresh but they put old, brown lettuce on my sandwich. I was completely grossed out. I think they changed owners which explains why I never see many cars there anymore. Go to the one on hwy 29

Came and spent $30.00 on two meals and the guy at the window wanted to haggle and nickel and dime me about 2 tarter sauces to actually match the amount of fish i had.

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! This place is DISGUSTING! We ordered whiting fish meals and the fish was undercooked with soggy cornmeal! I'm not sure if they have recently changed ownership, but OMG the food quality has gone WAAAAAAAY down. When we returned ALL of the fish, the manager insisted that it was cooked correctly. Who eats uncooked fish with soggy cornmeal? I have never. He didn't want to refund our money until I told him I felt ill, which was the truth! There is also a lady working there that picks up the fries and hushpuppies with her bare hands/no gloves! I am so disappointed. This used to have really good, hot food!

I just left there and it took nearly 10 mins for the 12 piece hush puppies only for them to NOT be hot! I thought they were at least dropping fresh ones for such a long wait. There were no other cars in the drive thru line which is where I was and the parking lot was almost empty so it’s not like they were busy. The employee was polite but the food was disappointing. This is my first and last time spending my money here .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were looking forward to a good Capt'N D's seafood dinner. Called ahead to be sure they were still serving and dining room was open. Rude young man HUNG UP on my husband. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO TO THIS SLOPHOUSE. Tried to call back and they refused to answer phone. I will be calling corporate to report them on Monday. Every single one of the lazy bums working here should be FIRED. PLENTY of other people would be grateful to have their jobs! They are a liability to Captain D's and the company needs to clean house!

New to the area, I placed an order online for pickup (which was not ready at the time provided, and took 10 additional minutes to fulfill). After getting home, we discovered our fish, shrimp, and hush puppies had been overcooked in old grease. My “loaded” baked potato was cold. The only edible thing was the coleslaw. I called to rectify the situation and was interrupted mid sentence and passed off to explain the issue to someone else. To no avail, I was told to call back tomorrow to discuss my issue with a manager.Save your money and your time - EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

We drive from Marietta to this (Norcross) location once weekly because it has never disappointed us. The manager and staff are attentive. (The grilled white fish is our favorite.)
