they always get the order wrong ie plain strips when in fact you said buffalo, lettuce on sandwich when you specifically said no lettuce then some nights you get the wrong count 5 pc instead of the 8 you actually paid for next time I won't trust them and check my order at the window and throw it at their face since they act surprised when you bring it to their concern

Took 15 mins to receive a mobile app order for 1 fry. Juan completely ignores delivery side pick-up of drive-thru and only focuses orders being placed at restaurant, and when he does acknowledge you he leaves again for another 5-10mins and continues fulfilling drive thru orders and disregards all the cars in the delivery pick-up lane.

You'll never get my business, but you have been reported! You should let the women take the orders. Your nasty demeanor is scaring off the customers. Please step your game up! My car was stuck in the drive thru about a week ago. It's a machine they do what they want. Although it may have been there a while, it was not my fault and the first tow truck that arrived said he was unable to tow it. Therefore, I had to wait for another tow truck. The manager became extremely unprofessional and started spewing profane language at me like I purposely had my car break down in the drive thru. He was so upset, he called the police and had me towed. He even mentioned to the police that he believed I did not have the financial means to afford a tow unbeknownst to him I make more than him. Nevertheless, I will never visit this location again because the lack of compassion for customers is not good.
Hot, fresh, fast, and delicious. Could not ask for more.
