I have placed two orders. I picked both of them up the next day without a hitch. I love the ciabatta bread and the croissants.
Order arrived 1.5 hours late after problems ordering the day before. Same issues as last reviewer. I doubt the goods were made this morning. Baguette was mushy, no crunchy/crispy exterior. Chocolate croissant was good. I am french so perhaps a bit harsh. Perhaps try their goods on site and you'd have better luck. They provide bread to Anis which is great, so I'm confused as to why my delivery is not at par with that bread.
