The lady who made my food was very unhygienic. She used the same hands to touch the register to handle the pretzels with. She also wiped her hands on her clothes and proceed to work on the pretzels. She placed the pretzels on the bare counter as she was finishing them up. She was wearing gloves (purple hospital gloves), but she touched anything and everything as she handled the pretzels which somewhat defeats the purpose of using the gloves. This place is too over priced for the lack of safe food handling. There's no safety rating at the front of the restaurant, so I doubt that the shop has been carefully inspected.

My first time visiting Different Twist. I come from the land of Pennsylvania Dutch and pretzels so I was interested in their offerings. Our server Kevin was great and we were able to watch our order being made. The pretzels were light and crispy and the choices varied. Sweet and savory choices made it hard to choose. Love this place! Highly recommend the pretzel dog with the beer cheese dip, the cinnamon bites are yummy and my daughter loves the pepperoni and cheese pretzel. Always fresh! The strawberry lemonade is a favorite.They have some of the friendliest staff around!
Trying Different Twist in downtown Duluth exceeded my expectations. Despite initially comparing them to Auntie Anne's, I was pleasantly surprised. Their pretzels were incredibly fresh and moist, and the lemonade was notably delicious—far better than Auntie Anne's.

If you are looking for the best pretzel in the city drive here open the door and tell them it ain’t here with your weird gross crispy non flavored over oiled ritz cracker crust hard pretzel ( NOT SOFT ) however the garbage panda in dating said it was good yes she eats canned wieners … the service was very well however

We live close by and have been waiting for this place to open. It definitely did not disappoint at all. We love everything we ordered there, esp the original pretzel. My husband wants to get more as soon as we can! The owner was so nice and he even let us sample some of their cream sauce to go along with the cinnamon pretzel bites. It was delicious ?. We will definitely be back.

They say it's the best pretzel in the world, and they might actually be right. I was the first customer at this location, and I tried the 10 pretzel bites with the beer cheddar cheese dip. It was divine. The pretzels were a mix of crunchy outside with fluffy inside, and the amount of oil and salt were just right. The cheese was the perfect consistency with a tangy cheddar flavor. I will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic soft pretzel company. I stopped by over the weekend to pickup a curbside order. My pretzel was delivered to my car hot and fresh. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. I'm looking forward to trying their frozen offerings so I can enjoy a fresh out the oven pretzel anytime at home. ???
