Located inside Crown Plaza Hotel this restaurant has the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The sausage gravy is the best gravy I ever had. The staff is helpful. Freshly made omelets are available. Breakfast has a Buffet style serving. There’s plenty to choose from.

Was Attending a Wedding Reception.I must say that the Food was absolutely Delicious. The Decorations were stunning. Loved the atmosphere there. It was a Lovely event. Also the Venue was Fantastic. Highly recommend this place for events.

I stayed here for one night for a nearby wedding. As such, I didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was, clean, updated, and spacious. The room rate was reasonable. They have an on-site restaurant and bar, which is convenient since it's a suburban location. I used the on-site laundry, and everything was in good working order. Staff were polite. I didn't have a car, but I noticed there was plenty of surface lot parking. They have a complimentary shuttle at certain hours for trips within a three-mile radius. I came from midtown Atlanta and unfortunately the Marta does not come out that far, but saved some money taking the Marta to Doraville station and catching a cab at the taxi stand. The Lyft ride to the airport the next morning in light traffic was 45 minutes.

Stayed here several times in November and December while helping our daughter relocate. Always got in late after a hard day of moving or painting. Staff was always friendly and the rooms were always large and clean. Great breakfast staff as well. Helped me prepare for another day of moving activities.

Crown Plaza in Norcross, GA demanded that we pay $150 fee for our service dog, which is against Federal ADA law. While the hotel website states that they do only accept service animal, they had pet fee form at the front desk. We searched for help from manager, but the only answer we have received was that the only person on site was a rookie front clark due to holiday season. Reached out to IHG customer service but was told “Each hotel can have their own policy, IHG can’t help.” At this point, we weren’t comfortable staying there, we were somewhat forced to change hotel at very last minute, during holiday season. We have been a loyal customer to IHG for years with over million IHG points, we will be looking into taking an action against this case. We feel very discriminated and are very disappointed at ihg.

We stayed 5 nights for the November holiday. The facilities are new, updated, and terrific. the staff are attentive and friendly. We researched many local hotels and none are the quality of the Crowne Plaza Norcross. I/we highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed here when in town for a conference. New hotel - great location near restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The staff here is great - they want your business - Star and Reign. They go over and above the call of duty for the guest. This is a beautiful hotel. All the amenities you would expect in a full - service hotel - bar, restaurant, business center and fitness room. I had a room on the sixth floor - great views, the room was very clean. I liked the room setup. The room are well appointed - very modern - liked the floor length mirror. They care about the environment - they use plant based products in the room - shampoo and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable. All in all a great stay - please don't drive by this hotel - you will be glad you stopped. Continued Success !!!

Unfortunately this was the worse dining experience I’ve had in quite some time. Several of us are staying on site for a meeting so we figured eat here for dinner. That was a mistake. After a hour I was told that there was no flat bread and after two hours our cold, dry food arrived. Needless to say we all departed without eating and I ordered pizza.

What a great experience! Great atmosphere, and even better service and food. I recommend the steak and even more so the Sriracha wings. They were absolutely fantastic. The bartender was simply charming as well and was very forthcoming with beverage knowledge and stellar suggestions.I will definitely be returning. And looking forward to it.

Todd is great Bartender and Host! Hospitality is top notch, food quality matches. I ordered the wings, requested they mix hot with the garlic parm and it was a 10/10. I will be coming here more frequently since my office building is pretty near. Hotel Bars/Restaurants can be hit or miss... but Todd makes this one a hit! Will be recommending to my coworkers... simple menu, great quality, good prices.
