Worst Company to work for, they will take advantage of you and treat you absolutely bad no matter how much hard work you do. There supervisors don't do anything at all to help within the company and just take advantage of there positions especially Supervisor named LEO G.. I hope one day the owner realizes the type of leaders he has working there. Very bad quality bread and they don't care. Very Bad human resource team, once they don't like you they will find any way to make you quit. Pay is very bad , do not work here trust me , any other place is better than a very bad work environment all around

I'm telling you right now that 4" artisanal brioche bun by Engleman's is incredible. Toasts wells when buttered on a flat top. Their "Vienna Bread" is also great for deli sandwiches and grilled cheese". The breads I've had of theirs always has a great chew. That photo I added is of a toasted brioche. Yummy!!

Parked their delivery truck in the middle of Johnson ferry rd during rush hour causing a huge traffic jam. Completely blocking 1 lane of traffic.

I needed a larger quantity of Parker rolls and French bread for a party. I wanted to be sure that I could get the quantity I needed and also good quality bread. Customer service was great and the bread was exactly what I was looking for.
I was employed there since 2018 i was sanitation lead I asked for help concerning harrasment and abuse NEW FOUR PART MANAGEMENT team all refused to report/investigate my abuse even given written proof.the very next day Me sanitation lead Was reatliated on and fired very next day AFTER ASKING FOR HELP.Sanitation level is poor,ingridient bins contain bugs,flour shoots not cleaned ever (because new Managers lack technical experience are failing financially AND HAVE NO CONCERN FOR CUSToMERS, WORKERS OR PRODUct.sammy engleman no longer owns ENGELMANS

I am the owner operator of a disabled veteran BBQ restaurant.I received multiple cases over the course of about a month that I had to keep sending back because of this. I buy through a food vendor and they worked with me to return the products. I even went to the Engelman’s rep at a food show with my vendor sales rep and showed them the pictures directly. I was told it was the flaking of the ovens. I was told that the rep would take care of us and that was in May. Well I have heard nothing from the company. And now I am getting slider rolls in again with the same issue and mold on the hamburger buns. This is not the type of business that I care to support. Complete failure of customer service.
