Absolute bottom-tier Firehouse Subs. They have to be freestyling it because I've eaten New York Steamers at Firehouses across the country and never been served one that tasted as OFF as the two I've been served here. It's a completely different sandwich! If you want to go open a mom and pop sandwich shop with your knock-off steamers, by all means please do that. Just leave Firehouse Subs' name off of it.

The restaurant was out of everything. I had to opt for a pastrami sub. It was horrible. I threw it away. The ladies preparing the sandwich did not have their mask pulled over their nose ?

The quality has gone down significantly over the years and during recent months. They forget paid add ons, and cannot refund your card if the order is placed online.. It's not a huge amount, but it adds up over time, so it can get frustrating. Most other places will comp a side or meal even, but not here, you just lose. They have one of those huge self serve soda machines so that's convenient, but the past few times, their combo option on the website for drink/chips has been off. Also consistently out of this or that sandwich option, which is understandable during a pandemic. However, they should pull those options, or pick up the phone to let us know rather than wait until my boss shows up to pick up 4 sandwiches and ends up having to wait 15mins. Very disappointing experience the last time.

I love Firehouse subs, but this branch was literally out of 4 sandwiches: Chicken gyro, smokehouse brisket, Italian and meatball. I asked them why they were even open and came to one in Lilburn. It was 30 minutes out of my way, but I was craving Firehouse. This one is right next to my house and it would be great if management could get ingredients for their menu. The branch in Lilburn had everything so it cannot be a Covid logistics issue. Please get your act together

I think it's really a shame the soda machine doesn't work because they won't send the store syrup for the machine. I don't even go more tge ceiling is dripping of water. Neglect the stores in the minority neighborhoods always.

Customer service is horrible! The staff is rude and they had only 1 sandwich available on the menu. All of the other sandwiches were "sold out " . That was my first time visiting a firehouse subs and it was also my last. I went to Waffle House instead!

I eat here. Food has always been great. But today was messed up. Should of know by how the store looked today. It was so empty with signs about the vendors not bringing them food but y'all can@least make sure what u do have was in good condition. It was the only thing i ate today b4 throwing it up 1hr after i ate it. Smh.
They are out of a lot of stuff and slow! How?? Ceiling is leaking.

The food was good like it usually is at firehouse subs but the customer service lacking and the barbecue sauce on my sandwich was space and on the side of the sandwich instead of inside I would also avoid the Mac and cheese it wasn't even halfway decent

Honestly the staff is friendly clean restaurant great food good service only thing is the male manager is very aggressive towards customers and even though the management asked me not to come back to their store because i guess the owner is afraid of the black man because he can say and do whatever he wants without any consequences but its ok there are other firehouse subs i can spend my money at
