Our meal was delicious (we got abula and ordered some soups to go), portions were generous and service was quick and efficient! We’ll visit again!

This place is busy for a reason. The food is absolutely incredible. The service was really good but I would have love to have better descriptions of the food and a proper menu. I hope this business continues to grow and they open a larger restaurant to properly showcase their delicious food.

The okra soup is really good. Ordered delivery for the first time thinking I would get a reasonable amount and the comments suggested that I choose 3 meats. I paid $50 for about 2 tbsp full of okra though which was disappointing. Next time I’ll go in person to see what I am ordering. Would recommend otherwise.

They served me old, spoiled egusi soup that made me very, very ill. I'm sure they knew it was old, in fact it was not hot, it was a little cool so I knew something wasn't right.

My second time trying Fufu and oh my god this place is sooooo good! The staff were really friendly. I wanted some fufu from all the TikTok I've seen. The first time I ordered somewhere else and they just tasted off. I told the staff and they were so sweet teaching me more about their food and picking out what they think I would like. Also, they have a full bar inside but I have never ordered drinks there. I know for sure I'll be back so definitely recommend it.

They don’t have everything on the menu available, which is a bit annoying if you’re coming from a far distance. When they first started, they had everything but now I would recommend you call them before you make that drive.

Not to my liking.. I got 2 veggies and fufu with a side of plantain, and my nephew got the meal which came with one meat and two veggies. And two drinks. I was charged $73.00!! This was my first time at this restaurant and my first time eating Nigerian food. Perhaps this is how it is. Since I have nothing to compare it to, I'll have to tell you my first impressions of the food. The fufu and the juice drink with sorrall were the only things I liked. I was very excited to try the Jollof rice. I had heard so much about it, and I enjoy rice, so I was looking forward to it. The rice was slightly dry and had a smoky charred taste. Maybe that's how it tastes, but I was not a fan. The chicken was so hard we could not eat it. It was almost as if it was fried until it was super crispy and then put in sauce but the chicken was so hard the sauce couldn't penetrate it. The veggies were okay. I liked the spinach dish the best. The yam porridge gave the look of sweet potatoes, but it was not sweet. It was bland. I thought the plantain would be sweet but they were dry, rubbery, and bland. I told the server this was my first time eating Nigerian and he was gracious enough to allow me to sample a few of the sides before I ordered which I was grateful for. I probably should have left after sampling because nothing was really delicious to me, but my godson had his heart set on trying Nigerian so I selected things I thought I could tolerate. I love foods from other countries. As a black American I've wanted to try Nigerian for a long time. I thought somehow the food would resonate with me, but it didn't. Unfortunately, I was in the bathroom for an hour when I got home. The little I did eat and drink didn't agree with me. It may have been the sorrall juice drink. It was delicious, but the label said it was unpasteurized and could upset your stomach if you were not used to it. I fell into that category. It will be a long while before I try Nigerian again.
