“Food and culture. I think that's what this place is all about and getting authentic Honduran food. I had the sopa de caracol or snail soup which came with a creamy coconut milk based soup bowl, rice, and bananas. The snail was a bit chewy though I enjoyed the soup. The place has locals coming through and while a bit on the pricey end the portions are in line and would highly recommend.“
“This was a nice surprise. Most of our party were new to Honduran food, so it was fun to experiment. Everything we tried was delicious and the portions were huge and reasonably priced. Try the popusas and the steak. Our waitress was friendly. The restaurant is very casual.“
“Clean small restaurant. The meat dishes were delicious. Sides were ok, but quite to my taste but not bad. They are very new. The people there were super nice showing us everything and describing it. In addition the partially eat food in the pictures, there were two tamales, a mango drink, and 3 pastry for about $35.“
“THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD. We had a baleada, tacos, and these amazing plantains loaded with meat and beans. The waitress was very sweet and gave wonderful recommendations. The decorations and music were very charming, and the bathrooms were spotless! We will definitely be back!“
“Amazing food and great service, but be aware that they tack on a 15 or so percent gratuity, and then their credit card machine asks for more gratuity. I find this a little underhanded, so always read your check before paying. Ironically, I would actually tip more if they didn’t pre-negotiate the tip without my consent.“
“I’ve eaten at the “other 2 Honduran restaurants” in Lilburn/Norcross area a bunch, and RUBY’S IS THE BEST!!!!!! I love everything here…E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. The only possible way to make this spot better is to serve pupusas so I can take something home to my daughter ? Otherwise Ruby’s is ? Mi carne molida con tejadas ? ri--qui-qui-quiiiiiiisimoooooo!! I’m back this morning for baleadas ?“
“They have the best Hondurean tacos and baleadas! The staff are always nice and attentive. First time there we ordered so much food, but absolutely everything was delicious. Everything is fresh made to order. The music is way too loud for my taste but I guess that is the ambience. I definitely recommend it !“
