Horrible experience I ordered from here only because they promote fast delivery but I waited 1 hour and a half and my driver never showed up eventually he called saying he ran out of gas and cannot complete the order which is extremely unprofessional once I called for my refund the lady on the phone said it will take 3 days to refund my money for food I did not receive.... this location is being run Horribly and I would not suggest anyone to waste they're time or money I would leave 0 stars if I could ...unacceptable!!!!!

Had a terrible experience the Manager talked to me crazy like she had a personal issue with a customer. When I walked up to the counter to place my order she had an attitude. I will no longer order food from this place.

I placed an online carry-out order, showed up to the store to pick up my order only to see all the employees outside sitting down. Come to find out, they were locked out of the store and the person who had the key was over an hour away. How does only one person have a key to the store? Shouldn't all managers have a key or at least a back up plan to get into the store?I live right around the corner from this J J location, and today's experience is the latest example of how poorly this location is run. From being out of bread (what?), randomly being closed during lunch time, terrible customer service, orders being wrong, etc. If you're thinking about spending money at this location, I would strongly advise you to pick another location.

Where to start the four employees yelling at one another in midst of a conversation , the food being rung up wrong or the other employee smoking leaning against the front door all in all this was my first and last experience with this horrible place .Which is a shame as the subs we ordered while pricey 34 and change for two regular subs drinks and chips . Weren't bad but my insane girlfriend picked this dumpster fire over Publix subs shame on her. I see why this is a 2 star place and shame on me for not checking first ...

This location is dead. Ordered online and they didn’t even start until I got there. Only one person working. He did his best for us but the quality of this jimmy johns location isn’t as good as other locations.

I spent $14.00 for a sub and this is what they made and handed to me. You really can't feel bad when establishments like this go out of business. I will never go here again. The other portion of give my daughter was even worse. This is borderline stealing from your customers. I'll be going somewhere else moving forward.

As soon as I arrived at Jimmy John's, Music, a young man, welcomed me and helped me choose my perfect sandwich by going over the menu and specials. I was impressed by his knowledge and customer service skills. It's no wonder he made my experience at the store so pleasant. Maybe he's already in a managerial position - he definitely has what it takes.

Don't bother doordashing after 4pm on weekdays as chances are very slim that they have a DD from their store to bring it to you. Ordered off doordash yesterday evening to waiting almost an hour for a 1mile destination. Then got a call from someone stating that they had no drivers in store. As for them to get a doordasher, idk why they didn't if they're using a doordash app. After her explaining, I asked about the refund to her stating "I'm trying to work on it" she then kept my order still running for 10minutes. Decided to call doordash myself to explain and cancel as by that time I did not trust a word she said. Very poor service and very poor common sense as they should've cancelled the order if they knew they had no drivers. Maybe if I took the management position, this would not be an issue...but I'm glad I didn't but it looks like y'all may need to start hiring a new one- the one you have is very low budget and clearly does not know how to do her position correctly based off reviews.

I really enjoy this Jimmy John's location. They are conveniently located right on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in a small shopping strip that always has plenty of available parking. I especially like this location because it has a drive-thru!! Total game changer. I received great service from the Jimmy John's staff at this location. Friendly, patient, and helpful. I also appreciate the consistent good portion size of what I order. Every sub has been tasty and fresh. Everything is made to order and still had good turnaround on my orders. I also like their bbq and jalapeño pepper potato chips. I heard the cookies are good too but haven't tried those yet.Keep up the great work, Jimmy John's team in Norcross (on PIB)! In the words of The Terminator, "I'll be back."

Sandwich came out smashed and they used the heel piece of the wheat bread for it. Soda and lemonade came out with a bad taste, as if they hadn't been replaced in a while.

It clearly says opens at 10:30AM and it's now 10:41 and they still not ready to serve..I called them and they said with a attitude 10min like I was bothering them..won't be EVER! coming back to this store again and my drivers as well.

I'm not sure if you guys are just entitled on yelp or just plain out rude but every time I come to this location the staff is awesome. fast service, friendly staff and deliciously fresh food. maybe you so should try ordering your food at different times. We "ALL KNOW" since the pandemic hit the economy has been struggling to keep employees. so next time you all feel entitled just think to yourselves "am I doing too much" " Could I be a little more patient". kudos to this staff. The young lady that runs the place is awesome and not to mention that store is very well organized and clean.

This location had some problems with staffing coming out of the pandemic but it has been getting better. Today was normal. I like the veto and add Jimmy peppers.
