On a whim and to avoid rush hour traffic, I ordered the Smashpotatoes. Although a bit salty, they were prepared well and quickly, and we really enjoyed it..The staff was friendly. The cashier was happy when she upsold me on the $1 coupon book. She also had humor when she said she would give me an offer: $5 for 5 coupon books! She also patiently and honestly answered my son's 2 probing questions about wait times. I haven't been to a KFC in about 5 years, so this was a nice revisit.

Me and my family went through the drive thru, first they were rude at the intercom, then get to the window paid waited for our food like 5 mins which we could have sat right there. Then when we got our food we was missing an item, went back to the drive thru and she got mad because we was missing that we paid for and was rude about giving our item. She was rude and had a nasty attitude and that’s what makes ppl not wanna come back to order nothing from the store again. I KNOW IM NOT EVER GOING BACK AGAIN. I’m giving these restaurants one time to just get it right after that I’m not going back anymore. I’m so done with the rudeness it just makes no sense. It took for me to work at a fast food place and I know how it feels so I change my ways of taking and talking to ppl when you take the order.

All I wanted for my birthday today was the KFC brownie. Ordered $40 worth of food and my wife went to pick it up. She came home and they left off the $7 brownie and a half dozen sauces that they also charge $.20/ea for. Very disappointed. My wife also mentioned the lady she interacted with was pretty unfriendly, so there's that as well.

Wish restaurants would take into consideration we all have all food types delivered now and it would be great if they would wait till the driver or person ordering it gets there, every time you get cold food because no one considers the time it sits and waits for a driver and how cold it gets. I'm a manager myself and I try to wait for a driver to give best customer experience. Good was good but you could tell it was made way before driver got there
