Customer service needs work. It's a shame because they have a decent amount of menu options. My daughter, who doesn't eat chocolate ordered a strawberry banana crepe. Nowhere on the menu does it say that it comes with chocolate, the picture on the menu doesn't show chocolate. When she received her order, it had chocolate inside. I went back to ask if that was chocolate or cajeta, and explained that my daughter does not eat chocolate. She said "it's obvious they all have chocolate" pointing up at the menu. She said the only one without it is the fruity pebbles one. How am I supposed to know if there is no description on the menu? Obviously I'm not expecting them to know my daughter doesn't consume chocolate, but the attitude was unnecessary.
