I tried twice to call this store to place an order, no one answers the phone. I tried to order online for pickup, but the website doesn't allow you to customize a pizza. So I had to go into the store to place an order which made me have to sit and wait 10-15 minutes. I asked them why don't answer their phones, the guy looked like a deer in headlights then said he was busy. I told him that's a good way to lose business.

Wrong order when ordering from delivery app. this doesn’t look appealing at all. never order delivery with this place. seem like they mess up orders internationally. They obviously dont care if u have transportation or not.

We have been ordering Lil Caesars Pizza for years. I have 3 boys. When we order through the online delivery and they cancel the order but don't turn delivery off... that's because they don't want to work. 3rd time this has happened and I have to wait 2wk to two months for my money back. Lil Caesars has been around too long for this type of bad business!

You don't carry pretzel crust enough so we'd hope it would be right. Tonight my boys were excited as they wanted me to bring some home. I stopped at 3400 Holcomb Bridge and ordered exactly what they'd hoped to get. I get home and to their extreme disappointment the pizza is covered crust and all with Parmesan cheese and no salt. Tried to call the location 3 times but nobody answers the phone. Extremely disappointing.
Never answer the phone for whatever reason and what make its worst is that he customers don't wear glubs as their touching the food? I go somewhere else and leave this place be.
