Had several deliveries, the first few was great, and I really appreciated the drivers. But the most recent is really unpleasant. Not only the driver lied about the parking lot is full so asking me to go downstairs to get my deliveries, but also, the male driver stared at me for not sure what reason while the female who seated on the passenger side handing the deliveries to me. First, if you have some reason that prevents you from delivering to my door, please politely ask me if I can pick up, why lie? Second, the staring, I don’t feel comfortable with that at all, please don’t stare a person for any reason, that is very rude. I always recommend this service to my friends based on the first few good ones that I had. But I’m reconsidering my recommendations. Please keep the delivery expectation consistent, if I’m not going to receive it by door, let me know in advance. Thank you.

Bad customer service-I’m not making a comment about the food, cause the restaurant that we ordered from is great as always. Regarding the order and delivery service, it is not really pleasant. After I received the confirmation email regarding my order, there’s no update-neither by email or online. The status only shows “Order Received”, unlike other food delivery website which would tell you the order is processing or your driver is on your way. I called the customer service 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. The guy answered the phone without any greetings but lots of background noise. I asked him the status of my order and if the driver is on his way (I told him I did receive the confirmation email, but no update afterwards). He said he didn’t know what this call was for since it was not the delivery time yet and since I received the email showing they received the order, what else do I need. I wasn’t even finished asking another question and he hanged up on me. That is RUDE.I really appreciate that there’s a delivery team in Dallas that is dedicated for authentic Chinese food. However, the customer service needs to be addressed definitely.
