I like to order ahead at this store because it takes them a very long time to make drinks and food here. I still always end up waiting super long after my order pickup time. It took 20 minutes the last time for one drink, and the food I ordered wasn't even available, so they handed me some cash that wasn't even the full amount I paid. Very disappointing, but at least they are usually friendly albeit slowest Starbucks I go to
starbucks typically are a pretty good experience, however this one is always so incredibly slow. I've come to this one many times since its on the way to the interstate, however there will be 5 or 6 cars in line and I will sit there for 30 minutes at minimum. I'm not sure what the issue is at this store, but it's been this way for years

Staff is always super friendly. I go there several times a week on my way to work. In the last few years I've been going, they are really diligent about getting your order correct or fixing the mistakes they made quickly. I appreciate how friendly they are when I pull up through the drive through. Also, they added cute drawings to the top of our lids last time and it is adorable. Love that they care about their jobs and customers!
