Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience! Empty location (no customers), but still had to wait 45 mins and had to ask staff 3 times to receive only half the order. Then asked staff 3 more times to receive all the items ordered. They were just laughing and doing nothing in the kitchen the whole time. Threw away a lemonade because there was basically nothing in it. Staff obviously didnt care or avoided working.

Absolutely horrible customer service and the food was cold . The restroom was filthy , floors were dirty, paper towels were in the sink and now they are going to raise their prices. I won’t be going back to Wendy’s .

While paying for my order in the drive thru on 1/27/2024 around 730pm-745ish with this nice young man. I see two bags hanging out the window ahead of me waving back and forth. Literally as we pulled up, to pay at the first window. ? Paid then pulled up to the second window, the white female at the window seemed annoyed and gave us the bags while saying ok have a nice day 3 times in a row. Not sure who pissed in her cornflakes but I remained cool. Customer service is draining, I get it! We then tell her one of our drinks are wrong and could we get sum ketchup. She gives the nastiest look, smacks 3 packets of ketchup in my hand and says pull up I’ll bring the drinks out soon with the rudest tone. No one is behind us or in front so not sure why she wanted us to pull up for a sprite. I was worried she would spit in it. So I calmly said will take these no worries(but ended up trashing the whole order, The fries were so cold, burnt , tasted old and the chicken sandwich was as hard as a brick. My son ate the bacon cheeseburger against my advice but he’s a kid they eat anything) Won’t be coming back there ever again should have went to Chick-fil-A they have amazing customer service. Will be following up with corporate or the owner on Monday.

I placed a mobile order when I was ten minutes from the store for a sausage biscuit, potatoes, and a small drink. The order was not ready on arrival. On top of that, I watched three people who came through the drive thru line after my arrival receive their orders before me. Will never return to this

My husband and I were having a mourning/grieving time during these whole 3 weeks, and we were on our way to driving to my now mother's home. Before we went for the trip, we stopped by here and picked up some food. The 2 workers that greeted us that day were sweet. One of them, in particular, especially noticed we were pretty sad that day, and he told us, I believe, I hope your day gets better or something along those lines. That drove little smiles on a saddening day like that. Thank you. Even if it was a small gesture, thank you, guys, for caring. Hope you guys will stay safe throughout these seasons & will be well. ♡Parking: Helps to slow down before driving in through the entryway (because of busy street), and then you can easily find your parking spot at the right-hand side of the restaurant. There's, I believe, 3 entry ways into that Wendy's lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Usually, they are at the side of the restaurant before you get in through the door. That way, you're not on a busy street while trying to get in.

the lady with the colorful braids at the front counter is so nice and so sweet. she’s truly the reason i’m writing this review. her energy was very magnetic and brightened my day! i came here for lunch and got the got pepper chicken sandwich and i truly believe i enjoyed it because of her awesome customer service. i’ll definitely be going to this location again.

Just left. They were supposed to be opened until 12 am. However there were 3 people there and they did not respond to the drive thru. I guess they closed early and decided not to post assign. First and last time here there are other Wendy’sPictures taken at 11:48 pm

Stopped here when traveling back home from Atlanta. Fast Service, Great customer service in drive thru. I did get half of the wrong order so put 3 for food and overall 4 stars.. Good job crew
