I would give this location Zero stars if I could!! While waiting on my order I noticed I was over charged for something I didn’t ask for so I told them and the drive thru girl (EVONNE L) response was this is ridiculous I said what’s ridiculous she said asking for a refund for sauce. Idgaf I didn’t ask for extra sauce so give me my money back then she proceeds to argue with me. Y’all need to get better employees, if she at the window again with the same smart remarks it’s gone be a problem she disrespectful & has poor customer service

JUST NO !Ordered zen salads & kids meal & egg rolls- left of ALL the sauces & dressings - JUST NO! Can’t leave feedback as that was over a week ago and that receipt is long gone! We called and were told to drive BACK from Alpharetta to Norcross to get those sauces! Just NO! Unacceptable! Not a great way to handle customer service! Thanks!

Been here several time, this is the slowest zacbys I've been to, two cars ahead of me over ten minute a car, just to order, then they take your money and tell to pull in the waiting area another 10 to 20 minutes, all that for a salad.
Food is great service and window was quick and accurate. Atmosphere is low as I only saw the parking lot.

Just put the seasoning on the dang fries man. Zaxby's use to have the best fries now they're always half cooked or cold with absolutely no flavor. The chicken is too salty and skinny as hell. Y'all need to put that salt on them dang fries. I'm also upset bc they stopped selling Cajun club and it was my favorite fast food meal. Zaxby's is going down hill all bc they won't season the fries n losing business so they had to take my fav off menu. Start seasoning your fries and all of them not just a few on top, season your chicken with less salt, and serve house made dressing and you'll be Poppin again. All wing places should serve house made ranch..somebody start a fastfood wing joint with house made ranch please!
