Unhappy! Yesterday we ordered 3 bubble teas online via Menufy. When we arrived to pick them up, we were only then notified by the employee that they didn't have the seasalt foam or anything else to make the brown sugar milk tea. She asked what we wanted instead, we chose a less expensive drink (the difference was $4). We were not offered a refund of the difference in price. They were also out of black pearls and we had to substitute with brown (they do NOT taste the same). One of our drinks didn't even have boba in it. When I questioned her, she didn't seem to care nor offered to add any. The employee did not seem like she wanted to be there nor did she care that our drinks were wrong. The least that could have happened was our $4 refund and add some boba to one of the drinks to have happy customers. We will not be going back.

It's just ok. I still like Kung Fu Tea in Buford better even though it's always busy and the wait is longer. The milk taste better & so does the bubbles

When in Flowery Branch, you gotta stop here. It's a franchise but this store goes the extra mile. The vibe inside is always welcoming. Staff is eager to assist with special requests. And their milk tea is always on point! What more could you ask for?! #ashsaidit

I love this place! Not only are the drinks great but you'll also get great customer service. I stopped by in between classes and was able to get my drink quickly. Alex was amazing with helping me decide the best option. The taro milk tea was perfect! Definitely recommended if you're looking for somewhere with great service, atmosphere, and food.

The atmosphere was super cute and relaxed. I’d definitely like to come back and hang out with friends or work on my computer.I got a coconut iced coffee. It was sweet and strong. Next time I’ll try it with extra ice. But overall loved my experience.

First I'll start with the positive. The drinks I ordered were delicious and made exactly as asked and pretty standard prices for Milktea beverages. Now the bad part, I ordered 2 standard size drinks and the "solo" (no side or drink) corn dogs. My total went to $22. $25 if you include tip. That threw me off but hey, hopeful thinking the food would be good. Well I was wrong. $9 for 2 corn dogs that were literally ice cold in the middle. And were probably the same quality and size as your standard grocery store boxed corn dogs. Do yourself a favor and skip the overpriced food. As far as drinks go I had no complaints! But $22 for corn dogs and drinks?!? Yeesh.
