Hey.The light skin lady that was a server pretty much suck.She brought me my chilli corn dog with no bag , I ask for a bag she claim this location don't put in a bag , however I did recommend to check , and I got a bag now. Also my french fries were dry and a little bit amount inside the box( rip off ) I ask for potato tots instead, i had to ask for ketchup, also she ask me if any fries in my bag.Also , I order a drink and did not get a straw I had to ask for this as wellCustomer service is far from stellar and not that friendly .

30 minutes stuck in the car with Linkan and Corban. They usually get along, but tonight was different. Corban pressed the buzzer, the attendant assured us the food was coming. After waiting for another 15 minutes with no sign of our order, I decided to leave. It's frustrating; I was really looking forward to those Sonic hamburgers. Just a disappointing night overall. :(

Firstly they got our drinks and burger wrong secondly we asked for salt and bbq took forever and while waiting our food got cold lastly they could not do split payment so we called upper management and they said that she knows how to do it

I am not a Karen. I work in the service industry, I’ve managed fast food I get it ok. I order ahead and give them extra time despite what the time the app says. I try to check in on the app the app doesn’t work. I pull up to the speaker “I’ll be with you in a moment” I sit there 10 minutes at the speaker. I pull up to the window. Food is never ready nothing. I ordered TWO SUNDAES and the app actually let me check in at a Stall I sat there for 20 minutes! Pulled up to the speaker say there another 10 minutes. Girl at the window said they aren’t connected to the app. I’m so tired of this.

My hot dog was BURNT. my kids corn dogs were like rocks. Not to mention the horrible behavior there. My hot dog was legit a green color. And tasted horrible. I'll def be reaching out to corporate!!

I have had the worst experiences at this location. Equipment seems to always be broken, food out of stock, management unprofessional, and they have not even taken the time to replace their sign after being broken and missing for over a year. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was 9:40 on 10/23/23 when we ordered mobile app. arrived 9:41 checked in. Received food 25 minutes later (no one else waiting) stale fries messy chicken slingers. Threw fries away ate sandwiches. This Sonic has quality control issues and extremely slow at night was our experience. . Hopefully other shifts are better trained and this was an isolated issue. Would not recommend this Sonic.Parking: No one was there at 9:40 pm

We ordered 3 dbl ch burg. 2 in afternoon.noone in line .sat at window 10 min. Buns crunchy patties dry and burnt . We went back through apologized to them not trying to be rude. Just wanted fresh burgers . Evidently the mgr got an attitude .came back told us she checked the burgers ,that's how there made and returned our money . So pretty much refused to remake them. As polite as we were about it ...now I'm pissed and insulted. I'm 53 and have been going to Sonic since I was about 10 or 11. And may never go back.

I just left the drive through with nobody behind me. The young girl that took my payment was very unprofessional and did not have any kind of hair netting or protective covering as well as a bandage on her finger with no glove to anything covering it. There were two other young kids working there as well. After payment was made, it took way too long to receive my order. I was also not given drinks until I had to ask for them. I watched those 3 kids stand around the entire time. The young girl with no food service protection sat down next to the others that were standing. The young man that handed me my drinks after having to ask for them told me to have a nice evening in an extremely passive aggressive condescending way. This is not the first time the employees here have been unpleasant and unprofessional.To add to the unfortunate experience. The oil was old and the tots have an awful aftertaste and they were cold.

Not timely with mobile order pickup during lunch rush. I ordered ahead on app for a pickup time 25 minutes in future and food was still 15 minutes later than my pickup time. I dont consider this acceptable execution. If not able to timely deliver food, just indicate it in the app and dont waste peoples time. Cherry lime aid was pretty good tho and half off in the app.
