Using the Taco Bell app. It seems like the store is still a little confused how the app works on their end.Had to go inside to get missed condiments and plastic ware. The guy from the drive thru was very pleasant and apologized. That means a lot as many restaurants aren't admitting when they make a mistake.

We went to get dinner it was late but still it was 10:30 we wait for an hour to get our food at the end they gave us a wrong order and the cashier name Ashley gave us attitude and told us if we want to get the correct one we need to get inside I said I wait long enough for my food at the end decide to get my money back I will never coming back really bad service or wonder if was racial profile

Ericka needs a big raise,, every time I go through the windows at night she’s the nicest, loving, caring, worker there not to mention how she’s always multitasking,, such a love. Most deff coming back!
Honestly, not worth it... The employees and managers fight with each other constantly. It's slow service and the food is usually messed up, missing, or poor quality... I'm going to start driving an extra 10 minutes out of my wayto go to a different location. It's just bad .

Worst experience ever! I paid for a large drink, but they only had small and never gave me the difference back. More worried about the drive through than the customer standing inform of them.Save yourself time and aggression....stay away from here.
If I can give a 0 start that is what can be. To begin with, I don't expect 5-star service. The order was simple 2 orders of 3 hard taco supreme combo. The order was taken quickly, but it took a long time to be delivered as there was only one person in the kitchen preparing the food for the drive thru and the counter.When I received the food and opened the tacos to my surprise there was no meat or cheese to be seen. I paid for a Taco supreme with meat and not empty.The 6 tacos are the same just taco, a little bit of lechua and tomato. Hardly any meat, cheese or sour cream.This was disrespectful. I will never visit any Taco bell again. Everything is the same. They are miserable and maseta when preparing food even when we pay for it.
