“I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl in the app and picked it up in the drive thru- turns out they were sold out although the app did not display this. The cook was so kind, he proceeded to make me a chicken bowl with broccoli and greens and teriyaki sauce- just missing the rice since they didn’t have any. Great customer service and I’m so appreciate to the cook who did whatever he could to make me happy!“
“Food is always tasty. Today my mom picked up our order and forgot to see if they included my drink. It wasn’t included so I went back to pick it up. I didn’t get her name, but the pink haired lady behind the food prep area was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to make me 2 drinks to make up for our inconvenience. She was so sweet!“
“First time going here, I thought I wasn’t going to eat anything since I have a gluten intolerance. I was surprised when I saw there were GF items (and Vegan). I still ended up getting a quiche and a latte. Best coffee I’ve ever had! I went back yesterday and got some of their GF pastries, ong the best GF food I’ve ever had! When it isn’t too busy, it is a great study environment, great for outings with a friend, and amazing products! “The portions are plentiful and my Reuben sandwich was delicious! My husband ordered the cheese steak omelette and he enjoyed it but thought it was a little dry. The service was very friendly. They even have a self-serve coffee bar so you don’t have to wait on someone to refill your coffee cup. It’s not very big, so you might want to call ahead if you have a big party. I definitely can’t wait to go back again.Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs available.“
“My husband and I went out this morning to celebrate our anniversary today and wanted to try a local coffee shop for breakfast. We’re visiting with my parents for the holidays, so we were excited to discover this lovely shop in Senoia. The ladies working were very nice and the atmosphere inside made me very excited to try it out. I ordered iced matcha and hubby ordered iced peppermint latte. Both drinks were lovely, and our food was pretty good; my order was slightly wrong (forgot my waffle the first time) so we ordered a cinnamon roll instead and the wait was long but I was patient enough to wait since everyone was so kind. Overall we had a nice experience and if we ever relocate we will be happy to come back again.“
“Shelby is a Godsend, I thought I left my tissue on the cart outside. She told me just come back to the service desk and she would take care of it. Great customer service is hard to find these days. “We had dinner there on a Friday. Being able to make reservations was nice. The buffet was filled with lots of choices: gumbo, red beans, just to name a few. The battered fish was especially good and the crab legs were prepared nicely. The Muffuletta sandwiches were spot on. The dessert bar finished the meal nicely. Come with a big appetite.Wait staff was very attentive and friendly.The gentleman providing the live piano music was extremely talented.We had a very nice visit and will return.“
“This is one of my go to coffee shops, despite it being way down in Serenbe, the drive is worth it when I want to experience a lifestyle outside of the norm. Their coffee is tasty and the pesto chicken Panini is amazing. Every time I come to Serenbe, I have to make a stop. You should too!Parking: There isn’t that much parking. Keep in mind Serenbe is a wellness community. Most of the spaces are taken up by golf carts and the remaining spaces for cars in front of the bakery go quickly. Just keep that in mind. You may have to park a street or two away and walk. But that’s the whole point of wellness right?“
“I’m in town on business and dropped in for an iced dirty chai latte. I’ve ordered that at dozens of independent coffee shops all over the US, in big cities and small towns…and the one at Foxtail is BY FAR the best-balanced iced dirty chai I’ve ever had. My order is tricky because I order with only one shot of espresso and nonfat milk…and as a result, a lot of places give me a super watery tepid drink or an overpowering spice-and-espresso bomb with a tiny bit of milk. But Foxtail nailed it: it was flavorful, a perfect balance of spicy and sweet, I could taste the espresso but it wasn’t overpowering, and it had an ideal amount of ice to keep it cold without watering it down. Made by a barista who knows their craft. It was so good that I’m waking up early to get another one. The shop vibe was lovely, the restroom was clean and well ventilated, power outlets everywhere and good spaces for studying and working with strong WiFi. They earned this review, for sure.Parking: In a shopping center with plenty of spots“
