While in the drive-thru waiting to place our order, the girl with the headset asked me to wait a minute. She was speaking on her headset to someone inside and saying that a customer before me was being difficult-that she asked her if she wanted extra creamer, and she said no, then changed her mind. In all my visits to CFA, I’ve never been made to wait while an employee complained about a customer. In fact, this is the first CFA experience I’ve ever had where I have heard an employee complain at all.After receiving our order, my daughter sorted it as I drove. Once we got to our next stop, I opened my chicken strips and was shocked at their size and their poor quality. I have never received food like this at CFA before.CFA service is typically fast and positive and I’ve never received such meager portions from a CFA before. Perhaps this one was just having an off day.

Yet again, I pay $15 for breakfast for 2 and don’t get any of my sauces when I was assured they were in the bag. This food is just not good enough to eat without a sauce.

I come to this location approximately 3 times a week . I came through the drive through yesterday and had a very awful experience ! The young lady taking my order had a very very nasty and unpleasant attitude and when it was time to give me my change back she just through the coins in my hand . I will not be coming back to this location I called the manager on duty and He acted very nonchalant about the incident if your African American I promise you will not get the tip top customer service as the others and I can strongly say this from experience . I will not be coming back I’ll go somewhere where my business is appreciated !

Chick Fill-a used to be the place to get away from bad customer service, not any more and not at this location. Very rude and condescending service from the Manager at the time(Brittany) made sure this trend remains at this location.The manager made it clear that my opinion at this place was irrelevant and her attitude gave the impressions that she was above any wrong doing. This place has not been fulfilling my orders to an acceptable completion for a while and I brought it to her attention. I’ve been paying extra money for better food but still no improvement. I asked what she was going to do about it and the manager arrogantly and loudly stated that she was not going to do anything about it.I understand that by me not returning to this location won’t hurt business but I hope that my review opens eyes to other costumers and hopefully there’s a change in service for the better.
Again, I left a one star review before due to having orders constantly wrong and missing items, but they have not surprised me by doing it again. My mother was going to go by this location, which she's consistently had bad experiences with them, but went against my advice to drive further to the stars mill location. I advised with food for the entire family, itd be best to do it through the app to minimize any mistakes. Again, this place is a complete scam, which I'm sure or hope thats not intentional, but in a large $40 order, they forgot 2 sandwiches, when only 4 were ordered. She's not the one to leave a review which is why I'm taking the initiative to do so. I can guarantee this family will never use this location again, which she only went tonight for the convenience of its distance from the Publix behind it, due to the other Publix by the star's mill location not having what she needed. Hand on the bible as i say and write this, we have never got a full order from this particular location and would think mistakes like this would cease to exist after it being operational for so long now. Honestly don't know why i can't find more reviews relating to this here, because i know we can't be the only family that has this happen time after time. We should've learned our lesson the first 5+ times of this happening, but while CFA continues to be a weekly thing for us, we will drive the extra distance to other locations. I cant express enough of how angered it makes not only me but the family, who have their fries to eat, yet no $10 sandwich that was ultimately paid for. I'd give zero stars if that was possible since writing this wont bring any action. Mr. Cathy would be ashamed of this location, i can almost guarantee that.
