You can't be rude if your food sucks. Ordered a Al Pastor burrito and it so little meat on it I thought it was a veggie burrito. Burrito was square it was rolled so poorly. Ordered a drink and the drive through lady said she didnt have time to make it and slammed the window in my face. I've gotten better customer service at a car jacking before.
I have placed a mobile order from this Chipotle three times and picked up at the window. Each time the individual in the window has been super rude! The first time it was a young man and the last two times it has been a young lady with glasses.On yesterday, I sat in the line for a few minutes to pick up my order once I got to the window I witnessed her wipe her nose with gloves on while making a bowl. I figured third time things would be better.. I was wrong! This store is always dirty and seems to be run by teens.. We placed a catering order for 15 people the day before with confirmation from Chipotle.. I show up and they had no order! They claimed it “just arrived”.. I will do my best to drive some change at this store!!
