I was a Fresh N Fit customer a few years ago, and recently had a need to have pre-made meals again. Frankly, I didn't really remember much of my previous experience. They deliver to a gym where I have a membership, and is only about five minutes away. I am very suspicious that many, if not most reviews for FNF are fake. Their biggest problem is somewhat hard not to notice, and isn't one you would omit from a legitimate review: they seem to deliver a high percentage of meals that are other than what have been ordered. Their ordering process charges you more per meal if you insist on having a larger number of choices beyond their rather arbitrary single-category "Low Carb", or "Paleo" per-week choices. I pay that extra. What is the point if they ignore your selections? I can generally spot the cheap and unappealing item they would prefer to send. I then receive that a good portion of the time, rather than what I order. I understand that there will be some instances where they will not have the items the expect. However, it is too much of a coincidence that they run out of the same more appealing items on such a regular basis. There is no excuse for this, as they absolutely have the numbers to predict demand. I have started to wonder if there are items on the menu that they never deliver. There is no "we ran out early" 700 weeks in a row. I believe that this is a premeditated cost reduction strategy, pursued in an absolutely unacceptable manner. After my paid-for meals are exhausted, I am done with these people.

Terrible customer service. Food smells and taste expired. Never received my instructions for retrieving my meals. Facility I chooses had a lock on the fridge and never received the code from Fresh N Fir Cuisine. Call customer service about it she fabricated and backdated an email to make it seem like she did send me instructions . I requested a partial refund. She offered me a 10% discount. I told her that is not enough. She informed me they have a better promo going on for the holidays. SMH!!! Will never order from here again. Trifecta is an far superior company and better customer service.

Fresh and fit is really good. I have been using a 7 day 3 meal plan for 2.5 months and have lost 14 lbs. They are convenient for delivery options. They also offer full flexibility of selecting individual meals. And have paleo, keto, veg. options. My favorites are the breakfasts, they have excellent sausages, breads, and fruits. I like they are not frozen and are actually fresh meals. Also the portions are really good, so that I'm never hungry.

I've been really impressed with Fresh N Fit, thus far. My husband and I are both starting the second week. We order the 3 meals x 7 days, low carb menu, 1200 calories per day for me and 1800 per day for him. The meals are delicious and filling. We have them delivered. We never have to go to the grocery store or have to spend time meal prepping, coming up with menus, counting calories, and the variety is not boring. The price seems worth the value.

I just restarted my plan after several years and am just as pleased with the food as I was back then. Sometimes, it is not a matter of being "too lazy to cook," it is a matter of calories and nutrients that I don't have time to keep track of, in addition to all of the other things I have going on. Once COVID hit, my job became work-at-home permanently, so watching my calorie count is now more important than ever. For a 5' female, working an office job can be a death sentence if you have a slow metabolism- you basically can't eat anything without gaining weight. (And yes, I do go to the gym, but everyone knows that you can't out-train your diet.) That makes it crucial to cut down on as much temptation as possible, which for me, means controlling portion sizes and staying away from fast food. Fresh-N-Fit helps me to accomplish both of those things and makes it easy to track my calories and other nutrients. Plus, the food is really good. Seriously. There have been a few meals that I have looked at very skeptically but when I got around to heating them up, I discovered that they were actually delicious. If I had one small complaint, it is that sometimes having to pull cold stuff out of the package to heat up the hot stuff can be a little cumbersome but I can deal with it. It is a small inconvenience for the benefit of being able to order food that is good for me, that also tastes good, for slightly more than what I am paying at the grocery store.

I am so impressed with this company! I've tried others and no one beats the food and customer service. I knew my food was going to be delivered today, but didn't know when. I was going to set a cooler out by the door since we were leaving for part of the day. The driver showed up early, around 9:30 and had all of my meals packed in a cooler bag with ice packs. This company has gone way above my expectations. I've used them at least 10 times and am blown away every time.

The beef burritto is so good and I love their chicken salad sandwiches. All in all, if you're looking for portion controlled healthy meals, look no further. I wanted to give it a few weeks before I posted a review. I absolutely love this service. I order online and pick up from the refrigerator inside of my gym. The food has been delicious so far, and the portions are extremely filling. I order the single meals so I can customize what I want. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

I have been ordering from Fresh 'n Fit (nearly) every week for over 2 years now. The time I've saved not meal-prepping and cooking during that time is absolutely astonishing. That alone makes a meal prep service like Fresh 'n Fit worthwhile, but there are so many other qualities about this company that have made me a loyal customer for so long. The food quality is excellent & well-seasoned, the meals are balanced nutritionally, and the portions are generous. They're always adding more dishes. Despite this, it can get a little repetitive when you order as much as I do (I think they put meals back into the rotation every 4 weeks or so), but hey...so does meal prep. I used to eat the same 3-4 meals each week with minimal variety when I was meal-prepping my food myself. The customer service is top tier. They respond to you right away via live chat, or the next day if you engage after hours. They've resolved every issue I've had, and there's only been a handful in 2 years...all minor, and never because they didn't get my order right. They're always highly communicative when something is changing, like their delivery schedule during holidays, etc. They have a ton of convenient locations from which to pick up your food each week, or you can have it delivered straight to your house. Personally I choose to pick up from a location that's only 2 miles from my work. It's great to be able to swing by after work and pick up fresh meals that are ready to reheat right away. Price-wise, I find this better for my budget than shopping and cooking. Unless you're fine with eating plain meats and veggies with little-to-no additional ingredients or seasoning, cooking always costs more than you think when you factor in all the additional ingredients (spices, etc.) you have to buy if you're trying to maintain variety week-to-week...and you end up with tons of barely-used ingredients that sit in your pantry forever. Not to mention, you're sacrificing that sacred thing you'll never get back cooking yourself every day: time. Fresh 'n Fit is also cheaper than other meal prep services. I've tried a couple of different ones since I started going this route just to see what else is out there, and I always come back. Other musings about meal prep: I no longer waste food! Containers are recyclable! Happy to support a local business! In short, AMAZING. Happy customer. No plans to quit using Fresh 'n Fit.

I signed up for the low carb lunch and dinner meal plan and only a few days in you can tell this is a special food service. Absolutely fresh ingredients, incredibly flavorful and it's very very simple. Nothing is ever frozen and unlike those frozen and tasteless dinners you can buy at the store this menu is so varied you always have something new to try.
