I called in today to add something to my delivery order through Uber Eats. Unfortunately you cant put any special instructions on the app. I spoke to the rudest guy and asked if I could get pickles on the side and he said I mean why don't you go online to do that? I explained to him you cant do that and he proceeds to tell me well other customers do it. He said he would add my pickles and of course he didn't, horrible customer service!!!!

So I decided to try this place out, due to my boyfriend recommending Jersey Mike’s to me. The first time I went to this location, the guy who worked there literally talked to me and the other customer in the building like we were dumb. It was giving very condescending. Mind you, I had never been to a Jersey Mike’s before and was ordering from the list that my boyfriend sent me to get. The man who worked there asked me “do you not know your own order?” which I replied, “this is my first time”. Also, for all he knew, I could’ve been ordering for someone else. That was the first time. The subs are good here and the reviews were also good, so I didn’t let that time keep me from returning, because I just figured it was just him and that maybe the SECOND time I go, i’d have a better experience. Let’s just say I decided that the second time would be my last. I returned to give it another try and this time, the man who was in there was not friendly at all, whatsoever. He didn’t greet me, just stood there and looked at me, waiting to order. I had to greet him first before he even decided to say anything to me (mind you, this is his job and it’s customer service), which he did not give. He was looking at me as if I shouldn’t even be in there ordering food, like he had a problem that I was even there. This was the middle of the day. 2pm. Not before close. Just overall not a good experience both times. I will never return to this location. I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable just ordering food. I went to this location, because it is close to me and got better reviews compared to others. I will not be returning. Both experiences were not good.

I love this particular Jersey Mike's location. They're friendly, and my order is always ready at the chosen pickup time because I always do online ordering for takeout. I've only ordered on the inside once, and it didn't take long to get my order. They're pretty fast at this location, and the subs are plentiful.
