My sandwich was dry. The bread was good though....I had to come home and put fresher tomatoes and add more lettuce and etc. The problem is though you don't give options on cheese. You only have provolone. Ewww...I hate that cheese I had to put my own cheese on it at home. Please give us customers more options on cheese please. Thank

Sandwich was very bad. They didn’t put enough lettuce on it and jalapeños on it. The two people didn’t want to make my sandwich tonight. Between 7:15 and 7:20. It was a guy and a girl worker there on their phone. This is real bad service and their attitude was very stink. Please owner correct this situation.

They do not listen, they are trying to move so quickly they mess things up. Wait until you are finished giving your order before you begin making the sandwich.

$13 lunch for one meal - service was very nice - but only one slice of meat on the entire sandwich which I was very disappointed in- also no high chairs unfortunately- hard for a family to have lunch

The food is good but the delivery service is horrible and needs to be fixed or discontinued. Twice I’ve ordered lunch to be delivered and both times it was late. The first time it was 45 minutes late and the second time was over an hour late, when I called to get the status on the order I was told that “the order hasn’t left yet but rest assured it has been made”. Like the food sitting there is getting it to where it’s going before the lunch hour is done. Both times I’ve ordered right when they opened.

Worst Jimmy John’s I have had to deal with. This location is 3.5 miles from where I get food delivered and for the last year and a half we have never gotten our food in less than an hour and a half. They’re supposed to be freaky fast and not once have they been. I put in an order today at 11:11 it is now 12:39 and still haven’t received my food. Horrible!

When we walked up to the door, it was locked- a hour early! The guy at the register didn’t even look up from his phone and was shooing up away with his hand. Not coming back

I wasn't impressed at all with the food. Basic sandwiches nothing special. We had never been here before and when I wanted to order just a basic Turkey sandwich they said well you have to order the # on the board. I said ok I'll take the turkey # whatever that is...so bizarre. The menu wasn't easy to follow and little options to add. What makes a great sandwich is all the toppings and condiments, it was lacking.Food came out super fast but unfortunately we won't be back.

Used to eat here until one-day I got a sandwich that tasted of chemicals. I stayed away for a while and tried again later. Didn't taste like chemicals, but it still didn't tasted normal. I'd steer clear of this one unless you are REALLY craving it.

Fast and fresh food. It is usually not busy at this location and is easy to get in and out quickly. I can't eat here often because they do not have great warm subs. Most subs are cold.
