2 great employees took my order I remember I tipped one of them named Chasity who took my order she was very efficient and knew what she was doing and then another one name Carmen made my drink, I could tell she knew what she was doing and she made the drink the right way and it was pretty fast. The drink was really good I got a lemon twist which tasted as described if not better. I would recommend anyone in Peachtree city to come and try this smoothie king.

This location is wonderful. The store is clearly well maintained. The staff is well informed. My wife and I went in on a Sunday morning. The guy at the counter gave a great recommendation to her. She is a Keto warrior, so this was greatly appreciated. I got my regular. Even when they are busy, the staff still manages to be very attentive. This is important to me.

Not a big smoothie fan, came in w the hubbs and decided to look at the menu, Im doing Keto right now so i cant have a lot of the smoothies due to the high carbs and sugars, Smoothie attendant directed me towards a menu which has the nutritional info ! It was a big help! Got the Keto champ cold brew! It's coffee flavored and a bit nutty.. I'm not mad at it!! Doesnt taste too sweet either.

The staff is pretty much younger teenagers, and service shows it. Last couple times I’ve come in I’m waiting for their personal convos to be over before they start my order, even as the only customer in store.The smoothies are good, but it’s frustrating.

I wanted to give the place ZERO stars but unfortunately this isn't an option. Walked in and there were 4 teenagers standing around and not one of them appeared to want to be there. It took more than 15 minutes for them to make 2 shakes!!! Completely inefficient! Both shakes were made incorrectly- I drank mine, my husbands was so terrible and clumpy that it was remade...TWICE! Requested a refund and ending up WASTING more than 30mins here. The "manager" or whoever the young lady working on the register was had the WORST attitude EVER! I'd never return here or spend my money in this establishment again- they need to hire REAL staff! Yuck!!!

I came to Smoothie King after working 9 days in a row for a little reward for myself but it was a terrible idea and I will never step foot in this or any Smoothie King ever again due to the absolutely terrible customer service. First of all, the place was run by three teenagers who all looked like they didn't want to be there and the girl who was talking my order was not very nice and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. I proceeded to wait in line for almost 15 minutes for just 2 smoothies with not a very long line in front of me, and as it is my turn to go up and get my smoothies, a girl comes up and takes mine thinking that it's hers even though she said she got a large and she was after me, but the one she took was a small but she didn't care and she takes a sip of it anyways. The worker eventually gave me one of my smoothies and when I said that I also ordered another one, we all realized that the girl took mine and drank it so the girl took the straw out and gave the smoothie to me and the employees did not have a problem with it. I didn't want to cause a problem in the store and I was already having a bad day so i walked out and threw away the other smoothie. Not to mention, the employees did not seem very organized because they would get the orders mixed up and not know which smoothies went to which person and they were very slow. I believe the manager was there as well and he just let everything happen.
Awesome service today. Staff if very friendly. Went in with a coupon for $3.99 20oz smoothie. I ordered the tart cherry treat, but they didn't have cherries in.I got an upgraded 32oz cup for the same price.The Banana berry treat smoothie is really good!!

I came in today about 3:00. The lady who served me was very rude and dismissive. She walked away when I was trying to ask her a question about the smoothie she had made me. When I ordered the smoothie she had confirmed that it was what I asked for and when she made it it was something different. She didn’t answer any questions. I just left with the wrong smoothie she had made.
