“So it was late and I was feeling like breakfast food me a Waffle House. Now I'm not from the south, as a matter of fact I'm as far west as you can get without out stepping into the Pacific Ocean, but I digress. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are open 24 hours a day "yes I did say 24 hours!!" The inside looks kind of like a 50's diner with old looking pictures on the wall. (The employees were looking at me as I was talking photos, probably thinking... what rock did you crawl out from, have you ever seen a waffle house before? (ummm no, no I haven't) I ordered the hash browns " smothered and covered" and 2 waffles. The browns were crispy and had grilled onions and cheese on top. The waffles come with soft butter and all the pancake syrup your heart desires. Overall for a fast food place that makes your food to order i thought the food was great "super yummy" hopefully I can make it back again before I end my travels“
