I've not had food issues with this Zaxbys location but it doesn't unfortunately help that this is the worst Zaxbys I've been to in Fayette and Coweta Counties. I've only come through the drive-thru here but I mean I don't understand or get it why I have to wait 10, 15, or 20 minutes through the drive-thru. I mean the person only takes the order of one person at a time and then leaves you waiting until he's finished with the customer in front of you from them pulling to the window, to getting the payment, and then the food. Then your order is finally taken and the procedure begins. Okay I get it about short staff but I don't think that's the problem here. I think it's management that is the problem. They need to figure out a way to improve it since I just don't think I should be experiencing a drive-thru procedure that takes 20 to 25 minutes when others are like 5 to 10 minutes.

The last two times they have forgotten to give me items I paid for. The second time was my fault for even going back. I don’t mind the 10 minute drive thru waits even though there’s only 1-2 cars in line. But if you’re going to be slow at least get the order right. And now I’ve found a hair in my food. Nice job!

If I could leave zero I would. Sat at the drive through forever no one asked our order. Pulled up to the window to a girl who just stared and finally took our order, she told us to pull up and she would bring it out to us. My husband had to walk inside to remind her we were waiting because the car behind us got their order.
I have never had a bad experience with zaxbys until now. There were only 3 cars in the drive through and it took them 15 to take the order for each of us. Then waiting for the food took an extra 30. Like how long does this take. Never coming

They have gone down hill for the past year! The owner has to hate that the drive thru only takes one order at a time!! You literally wait at least ten minutes to even order. I wrote this review after I waited ten minutes and still haven’t moved.

NEVER AGAIN!!!Coleslaw, so simple and easy. That is all I wanted. I ordered a large coleslaw, expecting 32 ounces, like previous orders. I noticed the person at the drive thru put a small item in the bag and handed it to me. I looked at it and she said that was the large. I handed it back and told her I wanted a refund. I was not paying $9.42 for 8 oz of coleslaw. The manager had to issue the refund and said I do not make the prices. I told her that I was expecting a larger size and she said, "that is the catering menu and it is a lot more expensive. When I returned home I looked at the receipt and it was for large catering coleslaw, 32oz. I called and the manager had no answers, just kept saying I'm sorry. This location needs to be trained better. I won't be back!!!

Food was disgusting, had to wait forever in the drive thru. And when I finally get my meal the fries are burnt toast isn’t toasted…and the boneless wing are freezing cold with sauce on top of them! This location is awful.
