Horrible service. Ordered 40 fingers, waited about 15 minutes until I got the food, came home and no dipping sauce. Called the so called “manager” Jessica who was alien to customer service and absolutely confused stating that she misunderstood me. She was very condescending. She was talking as if I was the one at fault. I don’t know how much this store cares about customer service but you lost me as a customer. It is ironic that I was thinking of getting Zaxbys for my business Christmas party on Wednesday.

Stopped here on the way home. I did an online order before we got to the store. We arrived 5 minutes later and I did not expect our food would be ready. We walked inside and was greeted by the cashier. We told him that we just ordered online and knew it wouldn’t be ready. We placed the order at 8:17 and arrived at 8:22. We did not get our food until 8:45. We were the only ones in there at the time and maybe 4 cars in the drive through. Half of our food was cold because it was sitting in a bag the the guy misplaced. Only did the staff act concerned about our order when I lost my patience shorty before my wife lost hers(which she rarely does). Food was mediocre at best. Lettuce was old and the boneless wings weren’t good according to my kids. Long story short I’ll never go back to that location again.

I ordered a Fried chicken Cobb salad to go. There were only 4 pieces of chicken, no cucumber, no bacon, no cheese, 2 piece of tomato. Half my salad was not provided. Usually Zaxby's has the best Cobb Salad available. I was extremely disappointed!

Ordered traditional wings and fingerz a few nights ago.Had a few different sauces to be put on portions of the chicken.They did not put the proper sauces on.Missing multiple sides.Missing our dressings.Here is why it's a 1.I called the store...a kind manager answered. However, because so did not advise them immediately about the issue the other night, than they were only willing to remake a small portion of our order.I don't always make a comment immediately, and it was strange for them for me to give feedback 36 hours after it happened.I suggest to anyone that if you give the establishment the opportunity to do right, and fix the wrong...and they do not want to hold accountability...Than contest the FULL CHARGE on your card. They will refund you for all of what you spent because you did not receive what you paid for.Shame on you Zaxby's...such a simple fix.You failed this consumer.

If incompetence was a crime, the staff here would be on the FBIs most wanted. 24 min to receive 2 salads. Both salads were incorrect. The extra dressing I paid for was not in the bag.When I brought it back, they "remade" it. It was still incorrect.... Rinse/repeat a few times. After 2 tries with one of the salads and FIVE tries on the other, they finally got it right.Total wait time to receive correct order= 48 minutes.And for those wondering if it was a "complicated order", it was 2 fried Cobb salads. 1 with no cucumber. 1 with no cucumber, no tomato.
