Ordered the 1/3 lb Angus burger came with two patties which I guessed totaled 1/3 lb did not seem so but it was hot and fresh. I did not particularly like the sauce they used. Next time I would order without it. French Fries were outstanding hot and crispy with right amount of salt. The beverage station was just ho hum standard Coke selection, would benefit from free style. Service was good cashier was polite. I was only customer in place no follow up visit. Price was pretty expensive $17.25 for burger and fry. Not a bad place just nothing to make me come back for second visit.

I came here to try a new burger but opted for the kid's meal because of my new change in lifestyle diet wise. Service was good but the food lacked flavor for the price. No combos offered.The fries were good but over salted and the packaged ketchup i did not try because of the high fructose corn syrup contained within. Ambiance was quiet with a food bar to watch tv.In conclusion, this place is ok just too expensive for me.

First time trying BurgerIM and it was delicious. Orders the 1/3 Angus Beef Burger with fries. Food came out fast, fresh and hot. Service was great and efficient, will definitely be back. It was semi crowded for a Thursday night but that did not affect the quality at all.

Not a good experience. Rude employees for whom answering the simplest question is a great labor. Got a combo and they were out of lids for the drink and didn't offer up so much as an apology or alternative.The food is incredibly average. Literally the burger is nothing you couldn't get at any fast food place and the fries tasted frozen. I won't be paying $17 for a combo to deal with rude customer service and average food again, although it's worth noting that they are halal for those to whom it matters.

I got to the store about 6 pm. When I walked in I was told they were closed. There hour said they closed at 8:00 pm. Checked there website to verify hours. It said 8:00. I drove 45 min because a friend wanted to eat there.

I was running errands in the Forum and noticed BurgerIM and decided to give it a try. Upon entering I was happy to see how clean the restaurant is. Since this was my first time...I had a few questions but I didn't get many answers. For one, I asked the cashier what the veggie burger was made of and she said she didn't know and didn't make any effort to find out. She wasn't rude...but possibly not informed about the importance of knowing these basics especially for folks with food allergies. I also asked how the lamb burger was and she said she'd never tried it. I ended up ordering the lamb burger wrapped in lettuce and sweet potato fries. They were out of sweet potato fries so I opted for the regular fries which are shoestring. The lettuce wrapping was super fresh but the burger was tiny, flavorless and a bit rubbery. I guess I was expecting a juicy, freshly ground lamb burger for the price but I should have known better given the fact that the combo price was $15. The fries were ok! Next time, I'll try something different to see if I find something I like better.

Had some of the most delicious and well-prepared burgers here! Plenty of options on the menu for all picky eaters. The restaurant itself has a really chilled and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating. Service was excellent - with the staff being friendly and food being prepared quickly.The restaurant serves a fully Halal menu, which is a great plus!Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area.

I advise no one to come to this location. Came in and order regular traditional wings, first bite I took only to see the inside of the chicken wasn't prepared. I told the cashier and she came over to look. After looking, she " I only see bone" completely disregarding the pink insides of the chicken that was obviously not cooked properly. After minutes if back and forth, she said I could get something else on the menu. Now I can understand why the place was completely empty when we walked in. Do not come to this establishment unless you like raw food! The cashier being combative even when she could see the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly made it clear why they dont have any customers coming in. Sometimes you want to help an establishment to grow but with service like that. It will never take off. Disgusting.
