First time at a cinebistro….Heard they are fantastic, but not the one at Peachtree Corners. Friday night, and we wanted to do dinner and a movie. We were planning on going to the 8:30 show but it was 7:45 and a 20 minute drive from our hotel and the website says to arrive 30 minutes before movie to have food service so we decided to try the 9:30 showing. Bought our tickets online and arrived at the theater at 8:45pm. Walking into the theater it looked like a ghost town. Nobody there, but one person with their head on a table as if they were sleeping. A worker was friendly and welcomed us and printed our tickets, but informed us no food would be available except for appetizers. WTH? Three choices; popcorn chicken/shrimp, tater tots or fries, and baked cheese.Terrible.We ordered at 9pm and waited in the bar area. At 9:15 the lady asked us what movie we were seeing and told us she would let us know when we could go back. Our buzzer goes off at 9:20 and when I go to the bar where I ordered he tells me to pick it up at the concessions. SMH I’ve never been, so I don’t know. Pick up the food and go to get our seats, and the workers are in the auditorium cleaning up and tell us that they don’t allow people in until they have everything cleaned. Oh. I’m sorry, I’ve never been. So….we wait outside in the hallway…eating our food before it gets cold. It’s 9:25pm and the movie is supposed to start in 5 minutes. At 9:28pm they apologize and tell us that usually doesn’t happen and we can go in. We pretty much took almost empty dishes to our seats, and then the lights dim and movie ads begin. Sure the seats are big and comfortable. Sure the screen is big and the sound rumbles all around you. They could have got more money from me if they had a full menu available, I was paying for 3 guests. Sad, this place will not receive any of my $$ at all.MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE—- unsatisfied customers will spread the word!! ☹️

Fire experience, totally worth it for a lengthy movie like Dune 2 ?? Besides the SPACIOUS reclining luxury seats, the theater’s got some high-end sound system. Food, snack, and drink plus 18.5% automatic but adjustable gratuity cost $65, a bit pricey.Sear Salmon was beyond my expectation, and they also threw in some tasty shrimps. Truffle fries were a bit floury, but tastes fine. Best thing? I ordered a Chocolate Martini from the open bar and enjoyed it from start to end.I’ve been local for about a year and hadn’t tried it. Ticket is only like $17 so it’s a must try experience.(it was too dark to capture food, but presentation was great)

I had a great experience! The theater is nice & very modern! The seats are very comfortable stylish. Nic, the manager took good care of me. Unfortunately I arrived at 4:15 and the bartender had not arrived yet, so I was able to open a tab and order my food. I came to see the movie Bob Marley, and it started at 4:30. I received my food First and noticed that 20 minutes had gone by. I still hadn’t received my drink. Nic was so courteous he brought out my drink and explained to me they had to get some special ingredients and gave me an extra shot for the wait. The food was delicious as you can see from my picture, I had salmon, mashed potatoes, collard greens, shrimp, and surprisingly all of it was delicious especially the collard greens.(shocker) ?My drink was very good and it was not water down. I traveled all the way from Hampton Georgia, and I was very pleased I will visit again.

Let me start by saying I rarely write negative reviews but if any place earned one this place did. We should be allowed to send in negative reviews because 1 star is far too generous. First this experience ruined what should have been a special evening. It went wrong from the very beginning.AT THE CHECK IN DESK:The website recommends for guest to arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime. We arrived 35 minutes prior to our showtime of 8:45 pm. The lady who scanned our ticket informed us that they were running behind told us to wait near the bar area. She said she would notify us when it was time to proceed to the theater and offered us a menu. I said we could go to the bar and order a drink to past the time, and she said they had menus at the bar. I thought these things happen; we can just chill out at the bar no problem.....boy was I wrong. NOPE...AT THE BAR:We go to the bar where there are about 4 to 5 people sitting (big circular bar which sits well over people) so it was not crowded at all. There was one bartender who was working the bar. He seemed busy when we sat down so I waited a bit thinking he would at the very least acknowledge our presence...NOPE. After about 7 or 8 minutes I finally asked If I could see a menu. He told me to give him a minute and finally reluctantly gave me a menu. After about 10 more minutes I overheard him telling someone that they would have a server in the theater and would have to order in the theater. I assumed they were attempting to order food and thought we just want a drink...surely, we can get a drink at the bar...NOPE. When I asked told the bartender we just wanted a drink he asked me what my movie time was and told me he had over 30 drink orders ahead of me from the theaters and told me I would need to order our drinks from the server once we got to the theater. WHAT?!?!? That is when I noticed no one at the bar had drinks or anything. Stunned....Okay.THE THEATER:We finally made it to the Theater at a little after start time. The seats are nice and comfortable. I was hoping this was when the night would turn around to the positive...NOPE. They had two servers from what I could see in a full theater. When the young server got to us, he was nice but there were obvious issues. First, we attempted to order the Apple Cider Pitcher...NOPE. They did not have it. Then I attempted to order the specialty long island iced tea...NOPE. The server asked If I wanted the regular Long Island... fine then. SMH. I asked if popcorn could come out prior to the order and was told it would all come out at the same time. Huh? So, I decided not to order popcorn. We placed our food order, received water (several attempts made to give us the same water that we just received) then we waited, and waited, the show started, and we waited and waited. I only saw two people on my row receive food. The couple next to us received drinks. By 10:30 I realized we were not going to receive anything. No one came out to let the guests no that there was a problem. They server just never came back.AFTER THE MOVIE:No one ever made an announcement regarding the issue. We came out of the theater and initially went to the concession window where we saw a line forming to obtain refunds. Then a guy with a tie (never said who he was) told us if we did not receive our order and wanted a refund we should go to this other area. As you can imagine there was a huge line of people attempting to do the same thing. We waited in line for nearly 30 minutes and despite showing the exact amount they were attempting to refund a lower amount....NOPE. To make things right they gave us two complementary passes. Really?!? This place needs to close down or find new management. Finally, we received a refund. By the time we exit it is after 11:30 pm, I am starving and most places are now closed. I had to settle for fast food. Worst dinner and a movie experience I have ever had.

If I could give negative stars I would. Me & my friends went for Valentines Day to see the Bob Marley movie & the entire experience was terrible. Once we made our way to our seats in the theater nobody brought us a menu until we asked for one & it was only 1 menu when there was 4 of us. Then we had to ask to get our order taken, when the waiter finally came he told us the menu was old & the prices were wrong so he had to tell us the prices. His machine took about 10 min just to come on, which doesn’t take Apple Pay btw, but that was fine because we had our cards however, it took them 30 min into the movie just to bring us WATER. It took another 20 to bring our food which isn’t even the worst part. I never received my drink & I didn’t get my food until 1 hour & 15 min into the movie. Everyone around me had water & food & I had nothing. I had to get up during the movie just to see what was going on. There was so much chaos, there were people in black running around trying to figure out what food went to what seats. There was no organization whatsoever. There were several different waiters bringing our food & drinks so we had no set server it was just whoever we could catch in the aisle at the time & hope they remember to come back. My friend didn’t even get her alcoholic drink until the last 20 min of the movie so she couldn’t even enjoy it. When I finally got my food the last 30 min of the movie the food was not good at all. It was flavorless, dry, & just not satisfying in any way. I couldn’t even wash it down with my drink because I never got my water. I will be contacting the owner to recieve a refund immediately. There is no reason the service should have been that horrible. The overall service was a 2 & that’s only because it was easy to find our seats & the recliners were actually pretty comfortable. Everything else is a No.

2/14 was HORRIBLE...we never got our food, nor drinks...at the end of the movie there was a line formed for refunds/speak with management ...PER Management they got overwhelmed and couldnt keep up....FIRST TIME GOING - WILL NOT GO AGAIN!!!

This place has never been great and it only gets worse. The service is so slow. After your server takes your order you will never see them again. You will have to go find someone for silverware after your food arrives. If you get your drink before the second half of the movie you’re winning. Their menu gets smaller and smaller. This was not just my experience today, but every time. And I don’t know whose decision it is to preview horror movies before a movie kids are going to see but that is what happened today. Never again with this place.

Server was great, what’s crazy is serving certain foods in the dark…. My chicken sandwich was raw and I didn’t realize until I got home & ate the rest…
