Excellent quality and even better service. Herb was the best, anticipating our requests and providing the perfect level of service. Will definitely be a regular with my wife. Our go to place for dinner.

Our server was the best! But sadly, the food was not. My sea bass was so old that I couldn't eat half of it. It smelled horrible even though it was covered in lime butter sauce. My mom's salmon was way over cooked. And my friend's steak was not the quality I would have expected for the price. We were very disappointed this go round.

For Easter we made 2 dinner reservations for a party of 10 at 2 different restaurants. Simply because we attend a big church and didn't know what time we would be out of the parking lot. We made it to our 2:45pm reservation only to find out the kitchen closed at 3:15. It made no sense. So we came over to Firebirds and we were so glad we did. They were able to accommodate my inability to count (my reservation should have been for 11) and we were quickly sat. Within minutes BOTH servers came to the table to greet us and get drink orders. And moments after that the manager came to touch the table. That level of service is what I expect and it was great. The food was very good because I cleaned my plate (which I usually don't do) and almost everyone took dessert home and it was fantastic. I don't have pictures because we were so hungry we devoured our food. We will ba back and soon!
We were celebrating a birthday, I mentioned this when I made the reservation along with requesting a booth near the window (Which neither were acknowledged). That wasn't a big deal, but when I requested a booth near the window upon arrival (Which there were more than one available, the host/hostess appeared to be unreceptive). I actually had to request more than once. Of course, that did shed a bit of a black cloud over the beginning. But once seated, our waitress was great, the food was delicious and we preceded to have a great time. I might also mention that one of our party had a hair in their food and sent their food back, a fresh order was promptly sent out and she was not charged. I would have given a 5, but the host and hostess's behavior over the initial seating request made us a bit uncomfortable.

We have eaten at and enjoyed Firebirds many times, and so we chose to eat there again this evening. I felt like something was not right with the kitchen. The Shareable (appetizer) onion rings were just not their usual presentation. The Caesar salad had enough “old” wilting/browning lettuce that I removed it from my salad and piled on my bread plate. Service was great. As for the menu, I wish there were some more vegetarian options; other than the onion rings and the Caesar salad, both of which I'd ordered, the only other non-side item is the impossible burger.

Super disappointing experience having never been here before but it sure was talked up as being great. We had taken a large group from our office here to eat, and while we had a generally error free experience the food quality, prep and service speed was poor. They were not busy, this was on a Tuesday evening with private dining reservations.They cut our steaks to check for temperature (who does that?), and beyond the one person who had the Bleu cheese filet, the rest of ours including my filet had zero seasoning, I had to salt mine. My appetizer salad had sat in the pass so long the dressing formed a skin. The onion rings were a highlight, the rest of the food was just ok. We were there for nearly 2.5 hours and purely an hour cumulatively was us staring at each other waiting, and waiting, and waiting.Sorry to say, but I’m not sure what to make of the place or if we’ll be back. Hopefully it was just an “off” night for them.

We visited this restaurant for our daughter's birthday celebration, her choice. Both the ambiance and dishes were impressive, especially the wedge salad with candied bacon and the Tomahawk Pork Chop, which was not a steak but still delightful. However, the service was lacking. Despite the staff being friendly, we often found ourselves searching for assistance for various needs, including water refills. Rather than refilling our existing glasses, they brought new ones each time, cluttering our table. Additionally, when I requested a specific spirit in my cocktail, they added a significant extra charge without prior notice, which I believe should have been communicated by the server. Despite these issues, I'm open to giving the restaurant another chance in the future.

I could tell the food would have tasted good. It was brought to me cold and after taking a bite of the chicken , I decided to leave. It was sitting on the kitchen counter too long before it was finally brought to me. Could it have been it was late and the server was tired? Oh well , it looked good but there was no offer to warm it just apologies and reminder not to go after 9. They are too tired by then to give good service. Greeter was friendly

We threw a surprise dinner for my Aunt’s 80th birthday over the weekend and I can’t speak highly enough about our experience. With a party of 20, the service was outstanding. Our servers Lawson and Ashley were patient and were always on top of it despite the chaos of a large party. The food was impeccable, not a single guest could stop speaking about how delicious their meals were. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!
