It’s been a while since I’ve experienced service this poor. My husband and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We were seated outside because we were told there was no wait there. We waited for 10 minutes without a single server greeting us. I went up front to ask politely if we could please get a server to our table. Finally, a young woman passed by our table and said “we’ll be with you shortly”. After a few more minutes (total wait time almost 20 min) she came over and thanked us for being patient but made no eye contact. We ordered our drink and meal all together. She came back about 5 minutes later with our drinks. Then someone else delivered our food. I ordered the pecan salad and there was not a single pecan on it. The food was still delicious, which is why we agreed on 2 stars as opposed to 1. However, our waitress never checked on us again through the duration of our meal, nor did anyone else. We sat and waited after finishing. Right as we were getting up from the table, she came out with our check. I said we were on our way to find the manager. She said “oh I’m sorry you had such a bad experience. Have a good day, ma’am.” I WISH I could describe her tone in writing. She raced to the host stand to tell the manager “these two didn’t have a good experience today so we’re gonna comp their meal”. The guy who I assume was the manager just stared at us blankly. I said, “so that’s it?” He said, “yep, you guys can go.” I said, “no apology?” He laughed in my face and said “what more do you want? She just apologized to you.”Wow. I wasn’t even going to be petty about the whole pecan thing. I worked so many years in the service industry and I would have had a panic attack before letting my table sit for so long without a greet, without a check back, without ANY sort of decent service industry skills or manners. Neither of us could believe it.We will not be back to this location probably ever. The food was good, like I said, but it ? was not worth it for the treatment we received. I am not a person who writes negative reviews of places, but this was so over the top rude.

I have seen this restaurant multiple times but we didn’t get time to explore it, but it was in our plan to explore it someday. Finally one morning we came to have breakfast here. We came late morning so there were a lot of people there so we experienced a lot of talk noise. The server was a nice guy. Me and Wifey both ordered Beef Sandwich with Egg, it was good but heavy. We also ordered Purple Haze and it was awesome. Overall a good place to come back.Flavor - Star - 7.0 / 10Authenticity of Flavor - Star - 7 / 10Cleanliness - Star - 8 / 10Service - Star - 7 / 10Value for Money - No Star - 6 / 10Suggestion for owner: I think the menu shoild have pics of dishes, it will make easier for customers to make decision.Suggestion for customer: Coming early or in non rush hour will be much better.Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

Ordered the holey donuts today and they are so burnt I can't even eat them! Shame on me for not checking my order before I left but come on. Who in their right mind saw these and said they're good to go. So disappointed!!! I drove out of my way to order. I don't believe I'll be returning to this location. Word to the wise, check your pickup order before you leave and be prepared to wait longer than when they said your order would be ready.

We visited for the first time today, and I definitely recommend First Watch to anyone in the area or visiting. The menu has a Caribbean flare that brings excitement to the typical breakfast fare. The juice menu was amazing!

The gentleman Mike and the lady Taylor working the register and greeting guests were both very nice, friendly, helpful and patient even though the restaurant was extremely crowded. Mike definitely has the temperament for this position. Taylor as well. This was my first visit. The pancake was cold and not very good. Maybe it was cold because it was so busy but I would think restaurants would know to make sure that their patrons food is hot when they present it to them. Consequently I would not be returning. But I do believe that Mike and Taylor deserve a raise.. :-)

I came here expecting not much with my wife. As soon we stepped in we were pleasantly greeted and directed to our table. I decided to order the biscuit and turkey sausage with gravy and our server Taylor recommended my wife the avocado toast. As someone who personally hates avocado I have to say it was very delectable! The environment was great and our server Taylor made great conversation and was very patient towards us! Food was great, will most definitely come back for service.
