There were three employees but only one who both worked the incoming orders/register AND prepared the food. There were two frozen plates, but they only used one. It just took ages. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our a single cup of ice cream. Would not return.

Cleanliness has never been a priority in the past 2 years that we have visited this place. Tables, floors and bathroom are always dirty and the employees playing with their phones. I hope they wash their hands before making the ice cream. Beverages are in the menu but the machines don’t work. The owner should be around more often…

Says they’re open until 10 online.We walked over after dinner at 9:00 and were closed.Their sign on the door even says they are open until 11 on Fridays.Really ought to fix this…Can’t comment on the ice cream cause I couldn’t try any.

So amazing! If you have yet to try rolled ice cream you are missing out and this spot is top of the line. Super friendly owners and they take pride in the ingredients and process with a smile. My favorite was biscotti and sweat cream with almond.

Cool little place to get some ice cream. If you like rolled ice cream, the stuff here is delicious. Tends to stay packed, especially at night, and takes a little while to get your order through as you wait for it to be rolled, so be prepared for that. I don’t personally taste or feel much of a difference between rolled ice cream or otherwise, so that’s for you to decide.Vegetarian options: It’s ice cream.Parking: Best place to park for this location is the parking deck behind the shop. There is street parking, but it is unlikely you will get it. There is also a parking lot a little further away.

They are really understaffed but the employees were working as fast as they could given the circumstances. The store had a dirty feel overall like it hadn't been cleaned properly in months. Crumbs, dirt, and flies everywhere. The ice cream was ok nothing to rave about. This place has definitely gone down hill and it's sad because it had so much potential.

The ice cream only looks good.. cuz the taste is horrible. After eating only half of it we started to throw up.Also the place was really really dirty and the staff was barely speaking English with a very strong Indian accent. The worst experience ever.

I was super excited when I saw this Kremo open since it's the only one close to me but I was so disappointed after I received my order. When I was ordering I told the girl twice that I wanted two strawberries and she even repeated my order and charged me for an extra strawberry (which I was mindful about). When I received my ice cream it was overflowed with whipped cream it was even hard to hold the cup, all she said was "oops I put to much ", didnt even clean it or even apologize! And as I'm eating the ice cream under all the whip cream I see she only put two SLICES of strawberry. all this for $8.. don't recommend this place.

Stopped in for dessert after dinner and was unfortunately disappointed. The ice cream was lack luster in flavor - it just tasted like the cream base, the flavor did not really coming through. I added peanuts as a topping and that was not a good idea. The peanuts were incredibly stale which made each bite unpleasant. I tried to scrape them off, which helped but since they were chopped small I couldn't get them all off. We'll probably try them again because the personnel were friendly, but will definitely skip the extra toppings.
