This place suck. Priscilla AND the girl who took my order was rude. The meat looked like a science experiment. Atmosphere felt "airy and dirty" I expected a nicer experience since it is predominantly in the white neighborhood. However, my experience was horrible won't be back!

I'm a huge White Castle fan but since WC still hasn't come to Georgia, decided to check out Krystal. The first Krystal I visited was closed at 5pm on a weekday although Google Maps showed it as being open. I had a huge craving so I drove 20 minutes to the next closest Krystal and that one was open but fairly empty at dinner time. Ordered four burgers and fries, wasn't bad but I think WC is better.

Instead of worrying about how long it takes to get food in the drive thru and having customers park so your numbers look right how about actually preparing good food fast. It's called fast food for a reason. 12 mins is entirely too

Understaffed and horrible slow service. They made 5 cars go park after ordering at the drive through and they weren’t even busy. We had to sit for 10 minutes in a parking spot after ordering our food in the drive through.

I asked for fresh fry’s they gave me fries that were hot but tasted like they had been redropped 3 times before that. I asked for fresh ones and the drive thru attendant argued me up and down that they were fresh. To the point were she was about to breakdown crying. I just drove off in fear that she would exculate to even more anger.
