Food was really good, ordered the spring rolls and lemon grass beef. Good size portions for the price. They need to update the menu, wanted a dessert they no longer have on the menu. When asked questions on the smoothies, most items were "no longer available". I decided not to order any dessert. Restaurant interior was really nice, I will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed a recent visit to Pho Viet Number One. The Shaken Chicken, while not extraordinary, was flavorful and well-prepared. Service was friendly and the atmosphere inviting. However, a significant drawback emerged at checkout: hidden fees.While menu prices were displayed, nowhere indicated they were exclusively for cash. Only upon going up to the podium did I learn about a "cash incentive" resulting in surcharges for card payments with a small sign behind a bush. This lack of transparency was disappointing and inconvenient.In today's digital age, diners deserve upfront cost clarity regardless of their payment method. Surprising customers with fees at the final juncture feels unfair and hinders informed decision-making. Additionally, card surcharges seem antiquated and discriminatory.I truly hope Pho Viet Number One reconsiders their pricing policy. Incorporating processor fees into menu prices and eliminating surcharges would demonstrate transparency and enhance the customer experience.
The broth is not that good, both for the Phở and Bún Bò Huế. I was excited when the bowls first brought out, but when I taste the broths, it's a 4/10 for me.The meats of Bún bò take away 1 more point cause it's so dry, tasted like overnight meats. I will not recommend any friends to this place.

Anthony Bourdain would love it - extremely intense - very authentic - no gimmick - See Mr. Hung and tell him the Beef Stew with Rice noodles - make sure you'll add all Beansprouts, Jalapenos, Thail Basil and squeeze lots of lime or lemon (4-5 quarter pieces) TRUST ME YOU'LL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED - It's an event in itself - went 3 days in a row what the ??? ???
