It has been since right after Covid for my last visit here and it was terrible!! We came tonight and our server was Deborah. She was great and whoeever is cooking in that kitchen tonight did absolutely amazing. The food was cooked to perfection. If this is how it is going to be then I will be back.

Horrible and in humane customer service. The young male manager was calm and collective at taking my order and assisting with showing me how to use my rewards but his waitress didn’t offer anything to drink not even water and I had 4 kids with me. I had to take turns holding my 2 year old because the waitress didn’t offer us a highchair. The highchairs were stacked right across the dinning room. This was the lowest form of customer service that I have ever experienced and that woman needs to be fired and the manager needs to reevaluate his managerial skills because when I voiced my concerns to him he tried to cover for her instead of apologizing. I had to wait for ever for hot syrup I had 3 orders. One to go and 2 which I had dined in. There is no reason why she couldn’t show my children and I the same courtesy that she showed the senior couple that was there. It was only two parties there me and my children and the senior couple. I’m absolutely disgusted. We never do business here again.
