OK 1st of all we love most all Cracker Barrels, but this one was not up to par. We ate here (our 1st time) about 2 months ago and it was not good, but we just figured they were having a bad night. Well tonight we went there again... forgetting our last experience. Bad move, starting with a long wait on our food. Once it got there 3 items were missing, they did go get them. Only took a few minutes. Wife had a loaded baked potato that was cold as ice. Got another one. No straws, no napkins, no butter on pancakes. Food was not good,, biscuits hard as rock.., pancakes raw.When we got to checkout line, it was long line for not that many people there. Cards were not working. Cash only exact change. What ? Are you kidding me. OK I'll think I will pay online with QR code. That don't work either. Between wife and I two trips to car. We found enough to pay for meal while others ( a group that had gift cards) were just giving up there entire balances to just get out of there . This place really needs some management help.

One of the nicer Cracker Barrels I have been in, we travel often and visit many. Some aren't so great but this one was great! Our server was sweet and always smiling and checked on us often. We enjoyed our meal and service.

In February I ordered breakfast items on the catering menu for my daughter's birthday brunch. One of the items that I ordered came burnt and inedible. When I called the store in Pooler Ga I was told that it wasn't there fault but it was the Uber driver's fault that the food I ordered from them and that they had prepared was burnt. I made. Multiple calls, spoke with the manager, and texted their online customer care service. I never got any resolution except that they blame someone else. I will never ever order fromcracker barrel store again because of such poor customer service

Ordered on DoorDash waited 45 minutes for them just to say everything we ordered was out of stock. There is no way it was out of stock, we ordered some of the most common items on the menu. they are just too lazy to fill the order.

Our server greeted us with biscuits and jams right away. Fried fish wasn't greasy. The service was limited by the number of available servers.
After 40 minutes waiting for food , we were told item wasn’t available. We canceled that order and were told it would be canceled from our bill and we would get a discount but neither happened.In addition the chicken and salad was lacking the egg and croutons as specified in the menu. There was iceberg lettuce , cheese, grape tomatoes and only 4 thin slices of cucumber.

This was a takeout order 3/29/24I always order the meatloaf but never again. This time the meatloaf was loaded with ground gristle/cartilage. Nothing hits the gag reflex quicker than rubber/boney substances in meat. I spit out more than I ate. Buyer beware of the meatloaf.

Food was a tad greasy but other than that was good. Waitress was great. Hostess or manager whatever she was rude. Sitting in a corner in the back by the window & she comes & closes the blind says a customer in the middle section can’t see due to sun. She should have comprised by closing it half way as we were enjoying the sun & looking out, or moved her other customer.
