“I recently visited Hardee's in Pooler and had a fantastic experience under the management of Vertis. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Vertis has clearly brought a positive energy to the restaurant, and it reflects in the atmosphere and quality of service. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served promptly. I appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into making my dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Hardee's in Pooler, especially with Vertis at the helm.“
“Culvers has great food. I've always been treated with respect. Their fish sandwich is off the charts! Nothing else in the industry comes close. Onion rings always cooked perfect. We don't have Culver's in MD so when I visit my second residence I always stop in for a meal. Pooler is my Culver's.“
“My food was great, as usual they were busy. I came in for an 11:30 pick up for my office. I set up the pickup counter and waited for a while while looking at several associates in the face and not one person acknowledging me. I found it kind of odd coming from chik fil a. I literally had to speak up before anybody asked me anything.“
“Food was great. My family and I were heading back down to Florida and stopped at this location. I had left my backpack and didn’t realize until 3 hours south. We called up and manager had it. He went up and beyond to check and make sure I was the owner (my wallet was in it). He was willing to mail it to us so we wouldn’t have to come back up. He went up and beyond and we are so appreciative of his kindness.“
“I mean this is fast food so just like an oil machine they worked very Expeditiously, at this location. Enough so, that I would go again. How I did notice while I was there? I feel like the menu has changed a lot and I don't know if it's the location but nobody was in there besides maybe a few sitting in the lobby eating enjoying their meals I'm going to go with. It's the location. Chick-fil-A is right next door ?Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking is backwards. I would know because I parked in a handicap space? (Need to know) This is not tick tock no one needs to challenge me on my disabilities and why I have a handicap plate. With that being said, you actually have to walk across the parking lot to get to the restaurant instead of the handicap spots being right next to the building because there are no spots right next to the building. As far as wheelchair accessibility, The curvatures of the sidewalk. I believe there were three large intents of cement from the sidewalk to the tar of the road for the wheelchair to go up and down. So yes there are wheelchair accessibilities. If you go through the front door directly, you have to back up and maneuver or you're going to whoever designed. Savannah and Pooler should really be fired. This area is not equipped or thought out for us. The abled arrogance are the issue of the world and of our current problems. Because we in the disability community are constantly skiing and the abled arrogance are tired of listening and they want to give us the bare minimum and think we should accept it. Arby's is at fault in this situation because it's their property and they should really move their property. Their food was good I didn't even know you could double or triple the meats. All they need to do now is when they double the meats double the damn cheese ? come on. It's not rocket science.“
“29 Dec 23 6:15. Young girl second day on the job made my Italian BMT and it was perfect. Good job! Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes but actually took more than 30. Went inside and the two girls were slammed but kept their cool. Impressive.“
“Moved here from California a year ago, and I was so happy to eat at Panda Express again! So, while at an appointment in Savannah we saw this??? Yes, that IS a Panda! My son's first job at the Panda Express location in Fontana, California. No Panda near my current home close to Hilton Head, SC. It was a great treat to find that the Beijing Beef and Teriyaki chicken didn't miss a beat! We had a T-Mobile coupon for their new Chili Crispy Shrimp. The shrimp, while a good deal, was rather soggy, not crispy. I picked it up from a rack of pick-up orders ready from the app. I'm not sure how long it sat there. If fresh, I think it would be delicious. I remember the rice and chow mein portions were a bit bigger on the West Coast, but I might be mistaken - they didn't last long, they were so delicious! The unsweetened tea was a disappointment - very acidic and tasted like it wasn't very fresh - I exchanged it for gloriously carbonated Diet Coke. SC seems to be stingy with carbonation. Why for goodness sakes, it makes your mouth so happy! Bathroom was clean and shiney, the dining room was also very inviting. Smiles all around. We'll return to this location for sure!“
“The drive-thru traffic design is genius; keeps congested lines moving through quickly so service is very fast, and friendly. The parking lot has just a few spaces and trying to back out can be a challenge, but all Chic-fil-A restaurants seem to have this problem. They are so popular making them so busy.“
